Minos Villa

BRILLIANT

Pros: Lovely villa. We were a family of 4. Plenty of bedroom space, 3 bathrooms, Lovely outside area with the pools. We found the pools fine unheated in mid/end of October, but we're used to the sea in the UK. Great communication from Nikos, cleaner came twice a week, it was spotless. Would absolutely book it again.

Beautiful villa and amazing Mountain views.

Pros: Beautiful villa in a remote and quiet setting. Lovely pool (not heated). 2 bedrooms in main house and then 3rd bedroom in a separate part with own living area.

Perfect family holiday with our 2 grown-up kids

Pros: Beautiful, secluded location. Spotlessly clean. Outdoor areas were superbly planned & laid out, to make full use of the sunlight throughout the day. Air-con was excellent. Only 30 minutes drive from airport. Nikos was extremely helpful & answered all our questions swiftly & effectively .

Pros: Amazing villa in a prefect location. Everything you need is in the Villa and Nikos was the perfect host. Communication was great and left nothing to chance. A lovely bottle of wine and other essentials were left for us to make the stay super easy. Pools were perfect and everything was incredibly clean, lots of towels and cleaned partway through our stay.

Nikolas was an attentive host and the villa was very pleasant and we enjoyed our stay.

Pros: Lovely location and views comfortable beds nice pools.

Cons: We could have done with another umbrella by the pool as it was extremely sunny which was great but we were fighting over the one umbrella!! Also we like to cook and we would have liked to have some suitable oven dishes.

Perfect place

Pros: Very well equipped self catering villa. Charming renovated old house with all the modern amenities, 3 bedrooms with 3 bathrooms, swimming pool, jacuzzi, terrace, grill, lots of outside space and furniture.

A fabulous villa, has everything you need plus a bit more, in a beautiful location.

Pros: Armenoi is a lovely, quiet Greek village. The villa is in a quiet location with fantastic views of the mountains. The local tavernas are very friendly and the food is excellent. The pool guy and cleaner visit regularly so everything is kept very clean. Can't fault the villa, it has everything you need. The welcome food/drink hamper was fabulous. It's barely 10 minutes to the lovely beach & restaurants at Kalyves. Would definitely recommend. Would definitely go back!

Cons: For us, there is very little room for improvement. It's the only villa we have ever been tempted back to. If pushed, we would say that the air conditioning unit in the annexe would be better in the bedroom than the sitting room.

Tout est réuni pour un séjour agréable et reposant

Pros: Maison ancienne rénovée avec charme et tout confort, dans un écrin de verdure entourée de montagne et d'oliviers. Piscine, terrasse, divers petit coin repos. Village à 3Km avec bar, tavernes, et petites échoppes pour acheter à manger. Tout est parfait pour un séjour inoubliable. Très bon contact avec le propriétaire. Adresse à retenir.

Great Mediteranian Get-Away - worth every penny paid!

Pros: Minos Villas are actually a single property, A very nicely renovated traditional Cretan village house at the top of the hill in the village of Armenoi. The single house is devided into two units: a 2 BR / 2 Bath room + Kitchen unit, and a second smaller 1BR/ 1 Bath room + Lounge. The house is situated on a private plot with a gated parking bay, and provides near perfect privacy. We were there during some very hot days, and spent most time in or by the pool, eating, sleeping, pool, rest, pool, BBQ, repeat. It provided an almost perfect stay, so good that we spent most of our time kicking back at the villa rather than roaming the Island :-) The place is well equipped for a comfortable stay, and the owner even went to the length of bringing in a Smoothie machine, once he learned that my wife is a healthfood nut. All BR's have AC, and the beds have all been recently upgraded. Very Nice, Great Stay, we will defently return and Highly Recomended!

Cons: Furniture layout in living area not great for small family watching TV. Needed to improvise a solution

Pros: Sehr gute Kommunikation mit dem Eigentümer. Sehr guter Service, sehr sauber im Haus und im Poolbereich, Innen wie Außen. Sehr gute, ruhige und landschaftlich schöne Lage mit 10 Minuten Fußweg ins Dorf. Dort gibts alles nötige auch frische Backwaren und frisches Obst fürs Frühstück. Parkplatz auf dem Grundstück, was sehr schön angelegt ist. Schöner schattiger Terrassenbereich. Sehr gute Küchenausstattung. Zu jeder Tageszeit haben wir uns in Villa Minis sehr wohlgefühlt!

Cons: Wifi Signal sehr schwach, 5G Empfang im Aussenbereich aber ausreichend. Etwas mehr Stauraum für Klamotten wäre schön. Sonst gibts wirklich nichts zu meckern.
