Pros: The Villa and outdoor facilities were excellent The pool and outdoor areas were well cleaned and maintained The management company prior to the holiday were excellent, helpful at all times

Cons: Arrival was disappointing. We had arranged through the company to drop off luggage after arrival. We phoned expecting to do this but we’re not accommodated by the service staff. They then phoned at short notice to say we could go to the Villa. We had by then found a restaurant and ordered food. The Villa was serviced once only during our stay. This was very poor in comparison with other villas we have stayed in. We were not given information on this either before or during our stay We were asked by the service team to vacate the Villa early or go to a smaller area. We did not agree to this as it did not meet our needs

Pros: The representative Sofia was so helpful. She gave us a most friendly welcome and nothing was too much trouble for her.

Amazing Holiday in Crete/Chania

Pros: The Villa is amazing. It's so well equipped with all tools and facilities. All was new and perfectly functioning and the garden with pool is very beautifull. Position and the view is also amazing.

Cons: I can't find even one point that can be improved
