WOW!
Pros: The entirety of the villa is INCREDIBLE. From the actual interior, from bedrooms to living spaces, to the exterior, the villa exceeded all expectations and we’re so much better than the photos. The rooms were spacious and well lit with the upper rooms going out directly onto the big balcony, both pools were great fun and the villa was big enough to accommodate 12 people without constantly bumping into each other. Tony was a phenomenal host who arranged taxi’s, gave great recommendations and did absolutely everything he could to ensure me and my friends had a comfortable stay. Safe to say, I could have spent the entirety of my 5 day Greece trip just cooped up in the property, with how relaxing it was. Would ABSOLUTELY recommend!

Amazing view
Pros: The villa is beautiful.It has an amazing view, especially from the rooms on the first floor where you can see Marathi, Ancient Aptera and Souda’s bay. At night it’s also very impressive because of the light’s inside and outside the All of the rooms are big and nicely decorated.We also enjoyed playing with our kids at the pool.The kids loved both the villa and the pools. The house offers all comforts.The house guests are very kind and helpful and available at any time you need them. We very much enjoyed our stay at the villa.

Die ganze Gruppe war begeistert und sehr glücklich.
Pros: Die Unterkunft war sehr schön, sehr privat, was wir auch so wollten, und groß genug für eine Gruppe von 10 bis 14 Personen. Eine Top Lage und super Aussicht auf Wasser. Was zu bedenken ist, dass ein Fahrzeug nötig ist, um sich fortzubewegen. Es ist sehr Privat, man kann ohne Bedenken im Außenbereich laut sein, Musik hören, Grillen und Geburtstage feiern! Der Gastgeber war zu jeder Zeit erreichbar und hilfsbereit.
Cons: Hier gibt es nicht zu schreiben!

Insgesamt war es die perfekte Unterkunft für unsere Gruppe – absolut empfehlenswert!
Pros: Wir waren mit 12 Freunden in der Villa und hatten einen super Urlaub. Das Haus ist groß, gut ausgestattet und es hat uns wirklich an nichts gefehlt. Es gibt 6 Schlafzimmer mit eigenen Bädern, in einem stehen sogar zwei Doppelbetten. Die Lage ist perfekt, weil man komplett ungestört ist – keine Nachbarn weit und breit. Der Gastgeber war sehr freundlich und immer erreichbar. Praktisch war auch, dass die Putzfrau einmal vorbeikam und Handtücher sowie Bettwäsche gewechselt hat. Der Pool hatte eine angenehme Temperatur, es gibt ein WC im Erdgeschoss und eine tolle Outdoor-Küche mit Gasgrill. Der große Kühlschrank reicht locker für viele Getränke. Ein Auto braucht man unbedingt, der nächste Supermarkt ist etwa 15 Minuten entfernt und schöne Strände sind mit dem Wagen schnell erreichbar.

Fantastic villa for groups for a fair price!
Pros: This villa is amazing and I would recommend it to anyone travelling with friends or extended family - I'll definitely return. The location is perfect - easy access with car, big parking inside, huge yard, no neighbors so you can party if you want, very close to the beach (3 min by car) and close to Onar beach club (great beach club btw), you have 1 main swimming pool with sunbeds and umbrellas but also a smaller one, big balconies, most of the rooms have a great view of the sea. The host is very helpful and responsive, helped us with renting a boat or recommending nice restaurants or places to visit. You've got a table to eat and drink inside, another one outside next to the pool and another one further in the yard. You have a laundry room, washer, drier, iron station etc. You even have a huge TV and a PlayStation. All the rooms have their own bath (except for maybe 1 out of the many). Everything working, no problems at all. Someone came to clean, change sheets etc mid stay.
Cons: I personally liked everything. If you're with a larger group (12-14) maybe someone will have to get the 1 room with no windows, but you won't stay inside for too long, probably only to sleep.

Pros: מיקום מושלם, נוף מגלויה, וילה יפהפיה. קרוב לכל מה שצריך ושירות מהטובים שקיבלנו. טוני עמד לרשותנו לכל רצון ובקשה וידע להמליץ על המקומות הכי שווים שיש ולפטאריס אירח ופינק מכל הלב. מומלץ בחום. אנחנו עוד נחזור לשם.

Rundum perfekt! Wir waren 7 (4 Erwachsene, 3 Kind), und alle sind zufrieden!
Pros: Sehr freundlicher, zuvorkommender Gastgeber, alles problemlos und unseren Wünschen entsprechend! Die Lage ist sensationell (5 Minuten zum Strand), der Ausblick atemberaubend. Die Anlage ist sehr schlau konzipiert, perfekt für 2 Familien. Insgesamt sehr geräumig, die Schlafzimmer sind nicht riesig, haben (jedes Zimmer) schöne Bäder (mit Tageslicht) dabei. Alles neu und hochwertig. Die Waschmachine und Trockner sind am Ende des Urlaubs echt super. Kaffee, Tee, Wasser - alles da.
Cons: Der Pool ist nicht beheizt, was ein Teil der Familie Anfang November weniger schön fand. Wir hatten allerdings so tolles Wetter, dass wir trotzdem immer wieder reingesprungen sind!
