Pros: Friendly host who communicated well with me prior to arrival to arrange check in. Spacious and spotlessly clean apartment. Great amenities in the bathroom. Kitchen stocked with all necessary utensils. Fairly convenient location with a short drive to the old town. Lovely view of the town and sunset.

Cons: - Property is located on a very busy road and the windows are not sound proof. Lots of noise from cars passing which affects sleep quality. - The one bathroom has a non glazed, clear window which faces directly towards the shower. Even though it is highly unlikely anybody would be able to look into the bathroom it still feels like it could do with better privacy. All the other units in the building have glazed bathroom windows. - The splash pool water is cold, even for a hot summers day it felt cold. - Kitchen could do with a microwave

Pros: Modern amenities with everything you need for a comfortable stay.

Cons: Noisy road in front of apartment.

Loved the place and chania town is absolutely lovely

Pros: The property is lovely very clean spacious and safe(travelled with young nephew so was important for us) Both pools,although only shallow were a must in the hot weather. Bedrooms were spacious and beds were very comfortable

Cons: Only thing was it was a taxi ride into town and not many bats/shops within east walking distance

Just an incredible place to stay!

Pros: We had the top floor apartment with 2 large en-suite bedrooms, 2 balconies - each with pool (that’s a first!). Views - especially sunsets - are spectacular. Facilities are great with little touches like dishwasher/laundry tablets. George was very knowledgable about the area, transport and activities. It was a great base to do our trips to Gorges, Knossos and some spectacular beaches as well as to/from Chania town. Be prepared for a bit of a walk in though - but bus of course is right outside. We thought Chania itself was delightful. Lots to see and explore, as well as a wonderful area of narrow streets lined with shops and restaurants (sadly not the indoor market which is being renovated). The apartment has everything you would need and we were able to have some home-made dinners as well as eating out in town some nights. Can’t recommend this enough.

Cons: We are happy walking but I imagine some people may want to be either in town, or on a beachfront. This is neither of those. Instead it’s spectacularly modern and with great views and you have good access to roads and buses to get out. Some of the tours we did picked up almost right outside, but then we had a lot of other pickups in town and on the West side of the town meaning trips to beaches etc took much longer. Not the fault of the apartment, but do think about what you’d use the apartment for.

Pros: Property was clean, modern, amazing facilities and beautiful view !

Cons: Nothing really!

Very comfortable and luxurious accomodation for relaxation or returning after a day out.

Pros: The views were spectacular. The rooms were very spacious, and bathrooms super clean and large. The wading pools were great to spend time around and you could see all of Chania sitting on the edge of the wading pools enjoying a relaxing morning, afternoon or evening. The staff were friendly and there was a kitchen and laundry facilities. Will stay again. George was very friendly and helpful.

Pros: Große aufschiebbare Fensterflächen mit top Aussicht über das Meer und die Stadt, Balkon mit 2 schönen kleinen flachen privaten Pools, Garagenparkmöglichkeit mit direktem Zugang zum Aufzug; hilfsbereiter Gastgeber jederzeit ansprechbar

Cons: Einziger Nachteil: Verkehrslärm von der direkt vor dem Haus verlaufenden Strasse

Perfect appartement met schitterend uitzicht.

Pros: Wat een fantatstisch appartement! Komt geheel overeen met de foto's hier op Booking! Het appartement is schoon, ruim en zeer compleet en modern van opzet. Het in het balkon verzonken 'zwembad' met whirlpool functie is heerlijk om aan het einde van de dag in af te koelen en te genieten van de zonsondergang in zee achter Chania.

Cons: Wifi reikt niet altijd even goed tot op het balkon. En een zitje buiten is ook aan te bevelen, het slepen met meubilair van binnen naar buiten past niet echt bij de luxe uitstraling van dit verder mooie appartement!
