Just an incredible place. Absolutely perfect in every way, even bigger than the photos, and the kindest hosts imaginable

Pros: Would so love to return. We were a group of 8 adults and it was so perfect. The villa is huge, so well equipped and much bigger than it looks in the pictures. There are so many wonderful outdoor areas to relax in and we made full use of the amazing BBQ and the pool. The hosts were incredibly kind and responsive, and welcomed us with an enormous fruit bowl, a delicious zucchini pie, a bottle of white and a bottle of olive oil. Couldn't have asked for a better stay and can't recommend it enough!

Pros: We were a group of 7 adults and 5 children, and the villa exceeded all our expectations. It’s beautifully maintained and ideally located — just minutes from the beaches, town and the airport. The accommodation is incredibly well equipped, so you don’t need to bring extra items like towels, pool towels, soap, umbrellas, or floaties for the kids. Everything you could possibly need is already there. Matt, the owner, was exceptionally kind and thoughtful, even welcoming us with fresh fruit and a delicious cheese pie upon arrival. It’s clear he truly cares about his guests and their experience. Overall, the villa is definitely worth it and highly recommended for families or groups looking for a relaxing and hassle-free stay!

The best villa we have rented. Will hopefully return.

Pros: Everything. The host was available almost all hours of the day and night by WhatsApp. The pool was amazing. We loved that there was a space for everyone to have some private time or everyone to be together.

Cons: The cicadas were very loud during the day but they didn’t do anything but make noise and we kind of got used to it after a few days.

Beautiful villa in a quiet area.

Pros: Fabulous villa. Our group of 9 ladies felt totally relaxed during our stay with plenty of room to stretch out. The large pool was amazing & we enjoyed using the pool inflatables. The beach towels were soft and fluffy. Inside the villa there was a play station and lots of games. Eveywhere was very clean and the beds were super comfy. The kitchens were very well equipped. Matt the host was so friendly & accommodating. He showed us round the villa explaining how everything worked. He even organised a mini bus to take us back to the airport. The location is in an area very quiet in the forest. We only heard a couple of cars going past so ideal for a total chill out break. Bus to Chania was €2.50 or €15 for a taxi. The sunsets around the harbour are beautiful and lots of shops/ restaurants. Would highly recommend the villa and we look forward to returning. Thankyou Matt and family.

Pros: Fantastic place! Beautiful House and remarkable garden with a pool. Great and helpful owner, with extremly large knowledge about Crete and local area. I recomend this villa strongly!

Beautiful stay in a beautiful villa

Pros: The Villa was incredible, we were met by Matt on arrival who kindly showed us around the villa and explained everything. The property is beautiful, just as the pictures, very well equipped - everything you could need to live here can be found from kitchen equipment, games, towels and blankets in abundance. We came as a group of 10 and everyone loved the place, plenty of space for hosting but also enough space if some down time is needed. Location wise, the villa is remote enough to enjoy a peaceful stay but also has a supermarket and bakery within walking distance, a car would be recommended to venture into Chania town and the beautiful surrounding beaches. Would recommend the villa for anyone looking for a special trip, thankyou for a wonderful stay!

A lovely family holiday

Pros: The villa is a lovely size, good beds, well equipped kitchens and great attention to detail

Cons: There were alot of mosquitoes but that's not the fault of the villa

Villa worked really well for our party. Car needed as nothing to see/do around the Villa location.

Pros: Very spacious, clean property for a party of 9 (4 adults, 5 teenagers). Pool, cinema room and gaming area great additions. 2 kitchens useful too. Comfy beds all round. Car could be parked securely in the property. Villa 20 minutes from airport. Air conditioning in all rooms.

Cons: Nothing to do with the property itself but the mosquitoes were relentless day and night and prevented us from being able to sit outside and use the facilities. Plenty of plug in repellents provided and candles but did not keep them at bay. 8 out of 9 of us badly bitten. A car is also essential.

Excellent

Pros: This Villa was perfect. 5 bedrooms with AC. 3 bathrooms. Different areas to relax in. Great poolarea. 15min with car to Chania city. 2 min drive to Lidl foodstore.

Pros: The villa is very large. It has all of the amenities you can imagine, everything is clean and ready to use. There was even a VR Headset ! The pool is also very nice and clean we had lots of fun playing ping pong right beside it. Mateo is a great communicator and an awesome host he made our stay very comfortable. We loved every moment in here ! Highly recommended for groups small to large!
