Villa Seyian

A lovingly and beautifully renovated Villa - can not fault this beautiful property.

Pros: We stayed 6 nights in the Villa - Efi was in contact with us and gave us clear instructions to enter the Villa. It was lovely to meet her later and she is a generous and gracious host. It’s our 2nd stay in Galatas and we enjoy this town and all it has to offer as well as a great base for exploring. The Villa is beautifully laid out and has excellent facilities. The beds super comfy, the kitchen well equipped and the pool is lovely for a swim after a day out. We would definitely recommend Villa Seyian as a place to stay.

Cons: Unfortunately for us, we had 2 nights where dogs in neighbouring properties barked pretty much all night. We moved from our upstairs bedroom to the downstairs bedroom in the hope of it being less of a nuisance - we did find shutting the bedroom door helped but this was not ideal. This is not the fault of the host in anyway but something to note - ( Efi is looking into this).

Pros: Efi was fantastic! She welcomed us warmly with helpful directions and was always available for any requests. We felt right at home in the villa; it was an incredible experience. Efi was exceptionally kind, even surprising us with thoughtful gifts during our stay. A special mention goes to the cleanliness throughout the week, which was outstanding. The villa has everything you need for a fantastic stay, and the local products she provided were a lovely touch. We had a wonderful weekend in Crete and highly recommend staying here!

Pros: We loved everything. The villa was perfectly clean and the location was ideal for us: the bus stop to Chania was right next to the villa and there were few restaurants, a bakery and two mini markets nearby. We felt welcomed by the host, Efi, the second we arrived and she gave us great tips for our visit. The next time we come to Crete, we will definitely choose Villa Seyian again!

Pros: The villa was amazing – beautifully designed and incredibly comfortable. The location was perfect, close to everything we needed, yet peaceful and relaxing. The host was fantastic – super helpful, friendly, and made everything easy. Overall, a perfect stay with even better comfort than expected. Highly recommended!

Pros: I had a fantastic holiday at this villa. The place was spotless and well-equipped with all the facilities we needed. The location was very convenient, making it easy to explore the area. The host was incredibly helpful and informative, offering great suggestions on local activities and places to eat, which really enhanced our trip. Overall, it was a very comfortable stay and excellent value for money.

Perfect place to relax and enjoy some time off

Pros: Very beautifuly furnished and designed house, beds are very comfortable and the outside space is also very nice. On top it was a great place to be with young children, everything was provided. We loved the ‚village‘-character of the sourrounding and everything you need is very close, food, good coffee, pharmacy and the beach :) Efi the host was most helpful, had amazing tips for us for beaches and very good restaurants. We would highly recomend to stay at villa seyan.

highly recommend to holiday makers looking for a smart contemporary property in a traditional villag

Pros: This property was without exception one of the finest holiday rentals we have ever had the pleasure of staying in. Our hosts were very kind and welcomed us with open arms like old friends. The property itself was like a high-class Boutique Hotel. We will definitely stay here if we ever return to Crete.

Cons: There was nothing negative about this property. Everything was 10 out of 10..

Pros: Property was finished to a very high standard, furniture etc was great quality, bed was very comfortable. Kitchen well equipped. What we loved was the host, she provided all the essentials for when we arrived so we were able to settle in straight away. I chose the location as I wanted to be in a more authentic part of Greece, local shop, butchers, cafe within a few minutes walk. Authentic local restaurants also in a short distance. Best Villa host I have ever encountered.

Cons: A proper sofa would have been a bonus but didn’t take away from our overall enjoyment of the villa.
