Old town, Chania! Authentic!

Pros: a great old town experience! the house consists of three floors (kitchen -> bedroom 1 -> bedroom 2 ) & a roof top terrace, tastefully furnished & fully equiped. Located within the pedestrian zone of the old town, couple of minutes walk to the venetian harbour, great offer of restaurants cafes shops. You get a glismpe of how the locals were living in this beautiful town. Very friendly & communicative hostess, Noni.

Cons: Wooden staircases to go up the rooftop, are a bit narrow. Not reccomended for older people.

Fantastic old town flair by the Venetian harbour and lively relaxation

Pros: We had a wonderful time in Katherina's holiday house! Stylishly and practically furnished, cozy and very comfortable. We felt very welcome. Whether relaxing in the evening on the roof terrace or sitting outside amidst the hustle and bustle of the city during the day with a cup of tea, there was plenty of variety. And we considered living in the heart of Chania a great privilege. We enjoyed our stay very much. We also enjoyed visiting the beach, which is within walking distance, and several cozy taverns. Thank you so much for the wonderful stay and we highly recommend the house!

Beautiful, well-equipped and stylish place in the heart of Chania‘a old town

Pros: Beautiful, well-equipped and stylish place in the heart of Chania‘a old town. We loved that we were right in the middle of things, and literally a few steps outside the hustle & bustle - just enough so that it was peaceful and quiet. Our kids (8&5) loved it, and all the stairs were no issue; but if stairs are a problem for you, don’t book this place. Our host and her staff were friendly, communicated well and were forthcoming when we accidentally caused some trouble at the end. Recommendable!

Our best family holiday ever

Pros: Katerina couldn't have done more to make us feel welcome, from the bottle of wine and fridge filled with things for our first breakfast, to three different ways to make coffee (including our favourite - a stove top espresso pot). The airconditioning was welcome, the beds were very comfortable and we are already missing our meals on the rooftop patio. It's in the heart of Chania Old Town, but away from the noisier streets, so no problems with late night revellers.

Cons: Only wish we'd booked to stay longer.

Pros: Very tastefully decorated. The owner seems to be an artist. The house consists of three floors and a roof terrace. The beds are very comfortable and there are different pillows. The house is equipped with everything. The stairs are very steep but were not a problem for us, on the contrary the kids thought it was cool. The roof terrace is a highlight with two comfortable loungers and a table with chairs. When the weather is nice, it's the place to be. And an extremely accommodating owner. (Perfect for us as a family of five with teens, not suitable for young children.)

Pros: Tolle Lage, viel Platz und sauber! Die Vermieterin war hilfsbereit und sehr bemüht! Kaltes Wasser, Kaffee, Früchte und Snacks standen für uns bei der Ankunft bereit.
