Even better than the pictures

Pros: Superb Villa in a really convenient location. Surprisingly quiet given the proximity to the road. The Villa was very clean and really well furnished with everything you might need. Really comfy beds and well equipped kitchen. Host was delightful and really communicative making everything so easy.

Cons: Nothing it was wonderful.

Pros: Perfect location! Very close to the beautiful beach and the bus stop to Chania old town is just opposite the villa. Very clean, comfortable beds and a wonderful good sized swimming pool. You have a full privacy. And you can easily relax as I did with my family. There is a pomegranate tree and when I was there in October, the seeds from the fruits were just popping out so you could take them straight from the tree and eat them. What a treat! We will come back for sure 😊

Amazing place!

Pros: We loved everythin! The villa is very modern, clean and beautiful, only few meters away from the beach and very closed to Chania. We enjoyed the pool very much and our hosts were so kind and reactive. We will definitely come back and recommend 100%!

Exceptional villa, modern, clean and beautiful pool

Pros: We arrived to the villa at midnight and our host left a wedding to come and greet us so we had fantastic customer service from the minute we arrived. Our host Georgia was also available on WhatsApp for anything we needed throughout our stay. The villa itself was a 10 minute drive to Chania old town and a 5 minute walk to a beach so a great location. The villa was modern, clean and very comfortable. The pool is an excellent size and suited our family of 4 perfectly. There are 2 parking spaces for each villa and I would recommend a car for the location but I believe there are buses if you don’t want one. The villa feels very private you can’t been seen by the other 2 villas which is great, it also felt very safe due to the gated community.

Cons: Nothing the villa was great

Our stay was magical, relaxing, and full of beautiful memories – we already dream of coming back!

Pros: My mom and I had such a lovely time staying at this beautiful and modern villa. Georgia and her mother were absolutely wonderful hosts – they made us feel right at home and were always making sure we had everything we needed (and even more!). The garden was like something out of a dream, perfectly planned and surrounded by lush greenery that gave the whole place a magical feeling. We especially loved the pool and all the cozy outdoor spaces where we could relax in the sun from morning until evening.

Cons: If I had to mention something, it would be that the beds weren’t super comfortable for us. But to be fair, both my mom and I are very picky when it comes to beds, so others might not feel the same. Another big plus was the location – there were shops and the beach within easy walking distance. We also really enjoyed the beautiful seaside walk, either into Chania or along the coast in the other direction.

Pros: Location is perfect with a nice beach close by and any necessary shops in the close vicinity. The villa itself was clean and was a pleasure to stay in.

An amazing property near to Chania and the beautiful Yannis beach! And our host, Georgia, was so welcoming and helpful!

Pros: Everything in the property has been done to such a good standard, it’s super clean and they really look after the gardens and pool!

Pros: Spotlessly clean, high spec, beautiful, extremely well equipped, secure villa, with private pool, not overlooked. Lovely crisp linen and comfy beds. Lots of practical little extras like a ball for the pool, detergent for washing machine and a few groceries, that were thoughtful and welcome. Georgia, the host, was very responsive and extremely helpful. The whole booking and communication process was easy. Few minutes walk to nearest shop and beach, a handful of nearby restaurants and beach bars and a larger supermarket 10 mins or so walk away, less than 15 mins on the bus to Chania old town. We managed without a car, using buses and taxis for a little bit of island exploration.

Cons: Upstairs bedroom is in the eves and better for smaller family members! Otherwise perfect !
