Villa Alitocatos

Pros: It is a perfect place to spend a relaxing time with family, as we wanted to. I love that the property has a high fence made of frosted glass, giving you privacy. We had a great time and definitely, we will be coming back to Alitocatos Villa.

Pros: The villa was beautiful and clean. Some fruits and snacks were provided when we arrived which was nice. The pool was cleaned for us during our stay and all necessary extras were provided (towels etc.). The villa location was great, quiet but also close to towns and shops for groceries. Big parking space at the back of the villa was great and we could easily fit both our cars there. Communication between the villa hosts was easy and they responded very quickly to any questions/concerns we had.

This place has been our favourite stay by far.

Pros: Everything. The place was amazing. Great Aircon’s, beautiful private pool, surrounded by olive trees. We where greeted with an assortment of local snacks. Cake, biscuits, honey, fresh fruit etc even a cold beer in the fridge. All the little extras the host added made this place special. You do need a car but there is a small store and tavern(restaurant) 100m away. Fantastic restaurants on the water only a 6mon drive.

Cons: The only thing that was missing for me was an extra blanket because my husband likes it cold.

Pros: We stayed here for 18days and everything was perfect! The villa is really spacious, clean and has all amenities you could possibly need in an apartment. The pool was huge and warmed up by the day, we loved it! Thank you so much for your hospitality, hope to visit villa alitocatos some day again!

Pros: La villa è come descritta, la zona giorno e la zona esterna sono favolose. Eravano in 8 e c'erano utensili, tavolo, divani per tutti. I bambini si sono divertiti immensamente in piscina. Abbiamo potuto grigliare nel camino esterno. Il proprietario è stato molto disponibile, ci ha portato detersivo mancante. La pulizia ottima.

Cons: La camera dei bambini con letto a castello è un po' piccola.

Parfait...

Pros: Maison très spacieuse et fonctionnelle. Tout l'équipement nécessaire pour cuisiner aussi bien la cuisine d'été que celle située à l'intérieur de la maison. La piscine au top, propreté des lieux parfait. Maison très agréable à vivre. La literie très confortable. Nous reviendrons. Trop bien

Amazing villa ~ great vacation

Pros: The villa is absolutely wonderful, it offers all the comfort you need for a successful vacation, the outdoor space is gorgeous. The location of the villa is very good for those who want to visit the famous beaches in the area.

Pros: Nektarios der Besitzer des Hauses war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend zudem jederzeit erreichbar. Das Haus ist vollkommen ausgestattet es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Die Lage ist sehr ruhig und lädt zum Entspannen am wunderschönen Pool ein. Im Ort gibt es einen traditionellen Bäcker, einen kleinen Mini Markt und eine Taverne. Wir als Familie haben die Zeit sehr genossen und können die Villa Alitocatos mit gutem Gewissen weiterempfehlen.

Super erholsame Urlaub. Top Anlage. Gerne wieder.

Pros: Alles war top, sauber, Besitzer sehr höflich, große Räume, 3xBäder, genug Geschirr, Spülmaschine und Waschmaschine. Pool sauber und groß. Gerne wieder. Parkplätze vorhanden.

Cons: Die Lage, man braucht auf jeden Fall ein Mietwagen. Die Villa ist etwas versteckt.
