Lovely property, clean, well maintained with great pool!

Pros: Really lovely property, clean and well maintained. The pool was fantastic and having the bbq was great also when we wanted to cook ourselves. Would definitely stay here again!

Perfect place to spend quality family time.

Pros: Beautiful Villa that had everything you needed. They really have thought of everything. The pictures do not do it justice, it had luxury and homely vibes, a perfect balance. We just loved our stay here and did not want to leave.

Everything about this stay was great.

Pros: It is the perfect fit for groups of 6 people, it includes all the required facilites to make you feel like home, the terrace is great and the pool is amazing, I totally recommend it for visiting Crete. Also, communicating with owners was excellent.

Unforgettable Stay!

Pros: We had a truly wonderful stay at Villa Theta – everything was perfect, and nothing was missing! The villa is beautifully maintained and tastefully furnished. The outdoor pool, while not heated, warms up quickly in the sun and is perfect for relaxing and enjoying the sunshine. All the rooms are air-conditioned, which made our stay very comfortable even on warmer days. Upon request, we were kindly given two additional sets of keys – a big thank you to Natasa for this thoughtful gesture! We felt completely at home and would absolutely love to come back again. Highly recommended!

Great villa

Pros: Lovely villa with 2 double bedrooms and a separate double apartment . Each bedroom has an ensuite bathroom. Very comfortable and clean. The swimming pool good size, very clean. Nearest beach 1,5 - 2 km. Almost wild beach, great if you are looking for a place without crowds and commercial tourism .

Relaxed and refreshed after week stay at Villa Theta

Pros: Beautiful villa. Very well equipped. Very comfortable and secure. Gorgeous pool and outdoor seating/bbq areas. Bakery and taverna short walk away. Lovely personal welcome on arrival with stocked fridge.

Cons: The 3rd bedroom is an annex, with separate door so we didn’t use. Although not as expected, it didn’t detract from our stay and kids shared the twin bedroom.

A stunning property in a lovely village - we had a wonderful week.

Pros: It was just beautiful- so well designed and furnished. Inside, very comfortable bedrooms, plenty of storage space and good bathrooms and showers. Air conditioning kept the temperature very comfortable when needed. The kitchen was very well-appointed in terms of of crockery, cutlery and glassware, coffee maker etc. Outside, the pool was gorgeous and beautifully designed, with the flow of water ensuring a very clean pool in a very natural way. Plenty of shade to be found throughout the day. The gas barbecue was very good to have.

Cons: Very hard to find anything! The only minor issue was only having 1 set of keys and only 1 key for all the doors and the gate: although we did most things together, occasionally 1 or two of us would pop out and wanting to keep air con working wouldn’t want leave other doors open. Two sets or two keys would have been helpful.

Excellent, highly recommend, wouldn’t hesitate to book again.

Pros: Loved this villa. Had a fabulous stay, good location, mini-market, bakery and taverna in the village just a short walk away, Maraciabo Restaurant a short drive (or 20ish min walk) - all excellent. A selection of food and wine on arrival an added bonus.

Little Paradise

Pros: Villa was very spacious, and well equiped. Pool was clean and lovely to dip into after a long day. Patio area had a barbecue. Villa Theta is in a remote location so car is a must. There is a great bakery, taverna and mini-market located 2 minutes away by foot. Host was very responsive. We've had great time there.

Cons: Everything was spot on.

Pros: We where very happy about everything, the accommodation is perfect, a lovely host who gave us tips for visiting places which we did, we rented a car and every day from the villa we visited beaches, city of beautiful Chania even Knossos! We had a very nice day with a boat, and jet ski super. 👌🏻👌🏻 The villa is clean and the place is quiet at night, and we played music, we had a nice party at the pool with a bbq. A bakery and mini supermarket is very nearby, ech morning delicious fresh bread for breakfast. Superb!! We will comes back as promised!
