We really enjoyed our stay

Pros: A lot of space (inside and outside), cozy, everything you need is there. Walking distance to the beach, small supermarket 50m away. Many good restaurants close by, but a car is recommended. Breakfast was nice, we really liked it.

Great stay with amazing sunsets and nice and relaxing beach holiday.

Pros: Beautiful views of the water. Pool available if needed. Morning breakfast prepared and served. Beach super close but we still drove as down a big hill and young kids. Easy to park and find. Grocery store next door a bit pricier but handy. The falassarna beaches are awesome too.

Cons: Not much.

Pros: The owner Alkisti was very hospitable, and Katerina, who organised our breakfast each morning was extremely kind. Everything was organised to ensure our stay was as convenient as possible. The property was a short walk to a beautiful beach.

The best holiday we’ve ever had!

Pros: We had an amazing 10 night holiday here! The villa felt like luxury, so clean and beautifully presented. Brilliant outdoor space, the children loved the swimming pool. Beautiful views over the sea and the sunsets were so lovely. The beach was just a 5 minute walk away, Falassarna Bay, which was our favourite beach that we visited on our trip. The owner was so lovely and helpful with whatever we needed, and the two ladies who brought us breakfast each morning (selected from a menu included in the stay price - so delicious) and did the cleaning were very friendly! Honestly we felt so relaxed and will definitely return to Alki Villas without hesitation on our next trip to Crete. The best place we have ever stayed. Thank you, thank you!!

Cons: There are no negatives at all. Perfect property.

Traumhafte kleine Villa, mit stilvoller Einrichtung, ruhig gelegen und wunderschönen Stränden

Pros: Super leckeres Frühstück (Obst, frisch gepresster Orangensaft, Eier) jeden TG um 9:00 Uhr auf unserer Terrasse angerichtet und ca.45 Min. Später wieder abgeholt. Neues Haus, bequeme Doppelmatrazen, Vlick über das Meer, super sauber (Handtücher und Bettwäsche wurde 1x innerhalb eines Aufenthalts gewechselt, Strandnähe, Restauants und kleiner Supermarkt fussläufig erreichbar-es war herrlich!

Cons: Eine Kleinigkeit: Es wäre schön gewesen auf dem Esstisch ein kleine gemütliche Lampe zu haben (insbesondere weil es im 19 Uhr schon dunkel war. Wir waren etwas nervös, weil wir die genaue Anschrift erst 20 Min vor Ankunft mitgeteilt bekamen- dann hat aber alles super per WhatsApp und Telefon geklappt.

Pros: Tutto era semplicemente perfetto. Villetta splendida. Bella la vista. Buona la colazione. Bella la piscina. Tutto era arredato con stile e cura. Tutto era nuovo.

Cons: Tutto era perfetto.

Pros: Villa molto bella e di recente realizzazione,molto pulita e vicinissima alla bellissima spiaggia di Falasarna.

Eccezionale per tutto, fantastica

Amazing luxury villa with the pool, close to the beautiful sandy beach

Pros: Beautiful two bedroom villa perfect for our family of two adults and two teens. The villa has amazing view to the sea, pool, and breakfast service at the villa. The beautiful sandy Falasarna beach is a walking distance from the villa. The owner was responsive to any questions we had and came by to check on us mid trip and last day. Cleaning ladies came day 3 and cleaned the whole house well. I needed a break from daily chores with the space for the family and this was a perfect choice for us. Thank you!

Cons: It is hard to find anything wrong as we had a wonderful time. Only suggestion to improve I have is to put glasses and coffee cups in an easier to access cabinet.
