Pros: Koukis Villa is a truely wonderful place. Spatious, with excellent comfort, it is modern, stylish and brand new. It has great size swimmig pool, nice dining places both inside and outside, and all equipment you can think of. Location is stunning with surrounding olive trees, nearby sea and beautiful sun sets. It's very close to multiple beaches and restaurants. Very kind and helpful host adds up to the whole picture of a truely great Villa where you can enjoy live with family or friends. I highly reccommend this place.

Pros: Wunderschön in den eigenen Olivenbäumen gelegen ist es der perfekte Ort um zu relaxen sowie verschiedene Ausflüge zu starten. Zu Fuss ist man in 10min am Meer und in der Umgebung hat es verschiedene Tavernen.

Pros: Wir verbrachten eine wunderbare Woche in einem Traumhaus! Es ist perfekt gelegen, in der Nähe ist ein kleiner Minimarkt(zu Fuß erreichbar) dort bekommt man auch jeden Tag frisches Brot. Der Gastgeber Georgies ist sehr herzlich und ein perfekter Gastgeber! Die Küche ist top top ausgestattet. Das Beste ist der Blick über die Olivenbäume zum Meer! Wir können das Haus wärmstens weiterempfehlen! Und.. wir kommen wieder!! Herzlichen Dank Georgies

Magnifique villa pour un magnifique séjour

Pros: Merveilleuse maison au milieu des oliviers de George qui vous accueille avec le plus grand soin. La maison est récente et très confortable, tout les équipements son neufs. Les photos sont conformes à la réalité. Nous avons passé un super séjour je recommande vivement

Cons: Il faut être véhiculé pour cette location le super marché le plus proche et à Platanos soit une 10aine de minutes en voiture même si il y a un mini marché juste à côté sur le port ou l’on peut se rendre à pied. Les magnifiques plages de Falassarna sont elles à 5-6 min de la villa
