Luxury Villas near The Sea With Heated Pool

A wonderful week exploring western Crete… great weather lovely food and lots of history

Pros: The location was excellent lovely area and only a 4 minute walk to the beach! Lots of good restaurants within easy walking range. Lovely pool for swimming and a great outdoor patio area with sun and shade for relaxing.

A beautiful spacious villa in a perfect location!

Pros: The villa is in a great location just a few minutes from a lovely beach. It has superb sea views from the upper two floors and there is a bus stop right in front of the property with regular buses into Chania. The villa is really beautiful, - extremely large and spacious - even better than the photos in the description! It has great facilities - 3 en-suite shower rooms plus an additional shower room on the ground floor and a separate w/c on the top floor. An internal lift comes in useful for transporting food, plates etc from the kitchen up to the amazing lounge/dining room. The heated outdoor pool is a real bonus, complete with sun loungers and a shaded outside dining area. Nikos and his team were really helpful. Nothing was too much trouble. They even allowed us to stay on in the villa for the whole of our departure day since our flight was a late one. This was a perfect place for our first trip to Chania!

Cons: Nothing!

Pros: The location of the villa is perfect. 10 min walk to lidl and Synca supermarket. A smaller supermarket just below the house to buy drinks and snacks. Then you have multiple resturants and stores within 10-15 min in all directions of the villa. 3 min walk to the beach where you can just find a spot and lay in the sand or rent sunbeds if you want that. The staff at BeOnHolidays are super friendly and did everything to make our visit the perfect holiday. We are super happy with the experience to rent a villa from beonholidays.gr!

Cons: We have nothing to complain about!

Pros: We were a group of 8 and for most of us everything was great. The rooms on the second floor were very nice and comfortable.

Cons: 2 of our friends had the bedroom on the ground floor and they didn't find it comfortable. There was no storage space and they said it felt like it used to be a garage or something like that. Plus they didn't have a key in the bathroom, which was outside of their bedroom.

Fantastic villa

Pros: Excellent communication in advance by email with clear instructions on how to access property and keys (as we arrived in the middle of the night). A taxi transfer was booked for us and he helped us get the keys in box. Villa was spotlessly clean. A bottle of water and wine in fridge much appreciated. 3 floors with a lift was handy for the suitcases and my elderly mum. Views from 1st and 2nd floors were stunning with sea views. Pool was great. Everything you could need in the kitchen. The office was around the corner from the villa and also contactable easily by phone or WhatsApp. Any minor issues were sorted immediately. They booked taxis for us. A short walk to lots of lovely restaurants. Restaurant Orexi and Pieto restaurant so close and were our favourites locally. Lupa coffee shop a little further for morning coffee and lunchtime baguettes. Short stroll to beach. Easy to get a short taxi or bus ride (bus stop very close) to Chania.

Fantastic villa in ideal location.

Pros: The property was very well located right next to lots of restaurants and the beach. It was modern and well kept with excellent facilities.

Cons: The under property car parking was a little stressful getting out of as it was a tight exit which we had to reverse through onto a surprisingly busy street.

Amazing

Pros: The Villa is stunning, spotless clean, well equipped with quality fixtures and fittings and huge, the pictures don't lie its everything and more. It is without doubt one on the nicest places we have stayed and would return in a heart beat, it is definitely worthy of the title luxury Villa. Its location for us was perfect, beaches with in minutes away and they are stunning with fantastic views, numerous good Tavernas minutes walks away, bus stop just outside which we caught to Chania and it was easy and worthwhile Nikos and Mary couldn't do enough for us, what ever we required or wanted to know they sorted we couldn't thank them enough for their help and good advice, they arranged hire car for us and taxis whenever required. The Villa, Nikos and Mary made it a truly memorable holiday.

Crete - Chania

Pros: Loved the kitchen, very spacious house, great views, beautiful pool, fantastic access to exquisite beach! Staff was very responsive when we asked for help.

Cons: Air conditioning did not work the first night until we cycled the breakers. Recommend stocking hair dryers in bedrooms.
