Pros: The house itself was spacious with a beautiful garden! Upon arrival, everything was very clean, and the kitchen was well-equipped. The beds were comfortable, although the pillows could have been a bit softer — but that comes down to personal preference. The first parking spot is on a steep slope, so caution is needed. The second one has a gate that's not very wide — our MG ZS barely fit through. Communication with the owner through Booking was excellent. Any questions or issues we had were handled promptly and efficiently.
Cons: The bathrooms could use some attention, as they appear a bit dated and not everything is functioning properly — for example, the shower doors are coming off the tracks. Also, having a few sharper knives in the kitchen would be a great improvement.

Wonderful stay in Crete
Pros: Our stay in the house was perfect! It was very very clean, big vast rooms, well equipped. Our host Evangeline was prepared bread, water and eggs for our arrival, it was very nice 👌! The village was charming!

Good villa in small village with view on white mountains
Pros: A quiet neighbourhood, a village separated from the noise of the city, streets. Equipment that meets all requirements (kitchen, TV, radio, Wi-Fi). Each room with independent air conditioning. Almost all windows and doors with mosquito net. Large space in the garden (on sofas or around 8 persons table) for evening relax.
Cons: In exchange for the lack of city noise, you can hear the sounds of the countryside at night: dogs barking, roosters crowing regularly at 2 a.m., hooting of owls, bells of sheep's - this may disturb people who are used to sleeping with an open window. The house is located in a small village on a hill and access to the sea requires a car. It would be useful to have a small swimming pool on the property.

Pros: Our stay lasted 7 days for 4 people. Possibility of arriving late in the evening because the keys were waiting for us in the locker with a code. Hassle-free contact with the host. The area is peaceful and quiet, among olive groves, perfect for a break from the hustle and bustle of the city ;) Definitely only for those with a car, but a very good place to explore the island! The house is huge and comfortable - exactly as in the photos. All amenities provided. Very well-equipped kitchen. Clean bedrooms, air conditioning in every room in the house, mosquito nets on the windows. A beautiful and well-kept garden with a barbecue, a secured parking space that can be locked. Definitely a place worth recommending!

Pros: Beautiful huge Villa Paradisos in village Litsarda.Villa has 4 bedrooms, with good beds. Large living room and kitchen(there is everything you ever need)2 toilets.Good air-condition. Nice, cosy and very clean.7 balconies with good views and extra, there is mosquito nets. The yard is large, nice big table(8 person) grill and cosy sofas.Nice garden. Private, guiet and peaceful. We really enjoyed our time there. Highly recommended. (good wifi)!

Lovely house in a quiet village
Pros: Fantastic house in the small village of Litsarda. The house has everything for a comfortable stay. Very well equipped kitchen, modern appliances, AC is every bedroom, living room and the kitchen. Plenty of balconies and a huge backyard with various flowers and a covered outdoor eating area. Easy parking: 3 parking spots behind the house gates, street parking is easy too. 15-20 minutes drive to the nearest beach. 45 minutes to Chania airport. Few nice tavernas within walking or short drive (like five minutes) distance. Great hosts, we had a small plumbing problem during our stay and it was addressed very quickly and when it was convenient for us. We loved our stay and highly recommend the place to anyone visiting Crete (and having a car).
Cons: There was nothing we didn't like about the house. We had a water outage for a few hours during our almost two week stay. But this is not a house-related problem, the whole village / municipality had no water. It just happens in Crete in the summer for various reasons.

Pros: Les chambres et l'espace de vie peuvent accueillir facilement 8 personnes. Il manquerait un petit micro-ondes dans la cuisine mais rien d'obligatoire.
Cons: Il manquait un peu de chauffage les premiers jours surtout au niveau du salon - salle à manger.
