Perfect in every way!

Pros: The villa is absolutely beautiful. It is modern, clean, and the views are stunning - the sunset is not to be missed from the balcony! The location is perfect with bars, restaurants, beaches and shops within 10 minute walks away. Boat trips can be taken from the docks that the villa is set right next to as well which was one of our favourite days. Antonis is lovely, as are all the locals and business owners in Paleochora! One of our favourite ever holidays!

Perfect honeymoon ❤️

Pros: Perfect location. Just outside of the town but easy walking distance to get to the restaurants and beaches etc. The house itself was modern and beautifully presented. The master bed was huge and comfortable. Everything we needed was provided. The pool was beautiful, heated but still refreshing on a hot day. Couldn't have asked for better holiday here! Antonis was also a wonderfully helpful host. His team even came to clean the property after the third night and remade the beds for us. We felt very looked after.

Pros: We liked everything about this villa ! Everything is how it should be ! We’ve stayed here 11 nights ,with 3 kids and we absolutely love it ! Tony the host was amazing ,he provide us with everything we’ve asked for everytime ! The pool is amazing !

Beautiful villa in a beautiful place 😊

Pros: We loved the villa, it was beautiful and had everything we needed. Tony communicated well and gave great recommendations. Location was great, just a ten minute walk from shops, restaurants and the beach.

Cons: There was some building work going on around the villa but obviously that can’t be helped and it didn’t impact our stay.

Cracking little mini mansion. Love that pool!

Pros: Top finish and facilities. Helpful owners all round. Love that private infinity pool.

Cons: The surrounding area is still under development but you’re still only 500m from Paleochora centre and adjacent to the marina for private boat excursions so it’s only a very minor minus!

Great stay - super house - lovely town .

Pros: Lovely house in great location overlooking sea . Good location , short walk to centre . Everything high quality and works well.Super little swimming pool .

Cons: We arrived late at night and it was very hard to find the house . Even the local taxi driver couldn’t tell us where it was . It would be good to have a simple map .

Paradise

Pros: The Villa was perfect - beautiful views, plenty of space, quiet even though there’s construction in the area. Good location just a short walk to town. Tony was super helpful and gave us some excellent recommendations re restaurants, boat trips etc.

Wonderful place to be

Pros: Beautiful villa with exceptional sea view. In a special environment a bit outside of the center and in a under construction (it seems) port area. Welcoming is very nice.

Cons: House is lacking of some basic kitchen tools. No microwave, no bread grill, not cutting plate, so small bin... etc....

Luxurious villa in a little piece of paradise

Pros: The Villa was absolutely stunning with a very high standard of finish throughout. The location in the town is absolutely perfect as it is midway for both beaches and sides of town (see the photo attached). Being the only inhabited villa near the harbour means it is very quiet and peaceful with the most stunning views from every room. The outside space is perfect for enjoying the Greek heat as you can be in the shaded areas, the beautiful infinity pool or out in the sun. The terrace outside bedroom is stunning and a great place to watch the sunset. We would definitely book this villa again as it was outstanding and the host Tony could not have been more helpful before and during our visit. He personally showed us around the villa, left wine and water for us and organised our taxi to the airport. Fabulous service.

Fantastiskt!

Pros: Smakfullt, modernt och bekvämt med fantastisk utsikt.

Cons: Vi lyckades aldrig få husets a/c lagom. För mycket blåst mest hela tiden. Kan vara vi som var otekniska.
