Hotel of historic atmosphere with contemporary comfort
Pros: The rooms stylishly decorated, blending old-town character with modern comfort. The bed was very comfortable, and the bathroom felt brand new. The location couldn’t be better — just a few minutes’ walk from cafes, restaurants, and small boutiques. Despite being in such a central area, the room was quiet and peaceful at night.
Cons: Space tiny.

Perfect place for your short stay in Chania
Pros: The room had more than I expected! Well equipped with everything that I could feel the hospitality very much. Very convenient location, super clean, cozy comfortable room with a small balcony where I could have a nice morning coffee. The room was quiet and no city noise bothered me. If you stay long you might need more space but for a night stay like me perfect choice!
Cons: Nothing. Yes you might feel the bathroom is small but it didn’t bother me at all.

Ideal position, great hosts
Pros: Very helpful hosts especially when I had a problem. Great extra touches like coffee machine and snack. Good toiletries. Very clean.
Cons: Room was small but I knew that and was travelling alone. You can hear noise from guests in room above. Balcony is great - but wear some mozzie repellent :)

Pros: Great location, very modern room with a welcome drink and plenty of amenities.
Cons: Unfortunately, the location is above a bar in one of the busier streets. You will likely get noise until the early hours (1am). This was a shame but with preparation you can bring headphones or earplugs. Might be a good idea for the host to supply disposable ear plugs in future.

Pros: We had a fantastic experience staying at this hotel, perfectly located right in the city center on a charming little street lined with lovely shops. The room was beautifully decorated, with high ceilings that made it feel even more spacious. Large windows on both sides of the room brought in plenty of light, and one of them offered a delightful view of the quaint street below. The room came equipped with both air conditioning and a ceiling fan, which was a great option for those who prefer to avoid aircon. The welcome drink—raki with honey—was absolutely outstanding, easily the best we had during our time in Crete. A special thanks goes to Manolis, the owner, who made our stay even more memorable. He was incredibly kind, took the time to explain every detail about the room, and gave us excellent recommendations for exploring the town.
Cons: The only real challenge we faced was parking in the city. It was a bit difficult to find a spot nearby. However, this is quite common for all hotels in Chania’s old town, as vehicles aren’t allowed in the historic center. You’ll need to park outside the old town and walk in.

Great place right in the center of town
Pros: Great little place right downtown. The place offered everything you need. We even had a little balcony right onto the street. Location is superb. Communication with the staff was easy and quick.
Cons: Can't speak for other rooms but ours was facing the street and it stayed loud until 2am. That's ok if you are into staying out. If not, at least this room might not be for you.

Comfortable stay
Pros: The location was perfect. It is in the old town and near the port. Even though the street was busy, we still had a comfortable sleep. The owner was very kind and understanding. I have a feeling this could be our most comfortable stay in Crete.

Perfect little gem
Pros: The location was perfect. I loved the fair size balcony overlooking the back of the hotel with garden view. The bed and lighting were perfect. The place was spotless. The fridge and complimentary drink and nibbles were very much welcomed. I must mention the kindness and perseverance of the owner. I had issues with my phone and was unable to retrieve my Airline Boarding Pass (I was flying home the following morning). He went out of his way to try and help, took me to see various people including his son-in-law ... and ultimately sent me in the right direction to get my phone unlocked first thing the following day. The owner was a gentleman and genuinely lovely man who obviously takes much pride in his hotel and such good care of his guests. I would wholeheartedly recommend staying a 11 City Rooms, and will be sure to do so myself if I ever visit Chania again.
Cons: The Small Room with Balcony is exactly that. It was ideal for a solo traveller for one or two nights, but would struggle to accommodate more than one guest or travel case. The sink in the bathroom is tiny ... too small to wash your face or have a shave. However the photos clearly show this, so can’t really complain.
