Great experience, thank you!

Pros: The bed was amazing! Decent sized shower with good water pressure, clean and very cute room. Very central and a good placement in old town, and quiet as it was not directly beside a busy street. No reception, just self service which I like! But the owner/manager could meet you if you wanted. Would highly recommend!

Cons: Only drawback was the temp. and moisture which was not surprising considering I was on the main floor,and because of the old stone building it quickly gets moist and cold (I was there I late may, and it had also been raining and was about 16-18 degrees Fahrenheit.) But it had a good AC and a dehumidifier, I just couldn’t sleep with it on because of the noise.

Affordable, clean and charming stay in the heart of old town!

Pros: The room was VERY affordable (stayed during the off season). It was very clean and was well-lit for being on the lower level. The decor was charming.

Cons: The shower temperature was tepid to cold in the morning and did not heat up at all. It had been nice and hot the afternoon before, so I assume it must be be solar-heated.

Pros: This is the second time we have stayed in this accommodation, I highly recommend it to couples who want to relax as the Jacuzzi by the bed is the best! We would definitely prefer it again. The reservation manager was willing to help us with anything we needed, friendly and cheerful.

Nice mix of old and new

Pros: Location was great, room was great, the ac worked great. The shower was my favorite, amazing water pressure. The welcoming raki and oranges were a great touch. Really appreciated the booklet in the room detailing the sites around Chania and means of accessing them. Dimitria was fast at answering my WhatsApp call.

Cons: These weren't things I didn't like. I just didn't expect and didn't have any influence on my experience, but it is worth sharing. 1- additional towels would cost, you get 1 large and 1 small towel for your duration. 2- There's an ask not to use the towels to wash off makeup or tinted sunscreen to avoid soiling the towels with those products. 3- it's a not a new hotel (duh) so if your a light sleeper the sounds of the upstairs guests heavy walking (I was on ground floor) or people walking past the door can be herd. Just bring some ear plugs.

Pros: Amazing location right at the heart of Chania centre, could not recommend it enough.

Perfect location

Pros: We spent 8 days in Chania and stayed in this hotel. Totally recommend, location is great and other aspects were quite satisfying. The room was big and comfortable, liked Hamam Suites a lot.

Great for short stay

Pros: Really well located, quiet. It’s small, compact, nice for one night. I loved that they used refillable water bottle ( glass) instead of plastic. Overall beautiful room studio with cute little balcony. Loved that this was one of the only place that had orange juice instead of alcohol promoted hehe

Cons: Not a big thing, but unfortunately we didn’t have hot/ warm enough water for jacuzzi , so couldn’t really use it ( so not worth if you get it for that). Also bathroom door might need to oil it, makes lots of noice when closing. Didn’t have enough place where to place your clothes ( only hangers), so maybe small dresser would be good ( has two small bed tables). Maybe good to put a note on the door for people to not lock l the main door, because at check out we left our key in the room as asked, yet couldn’t get out of the house because someone locked main door ( had to bother other people for a key).

Great location

Pros: Great location. Very clean. Comfortable bed. Quick and helpful communication. Oranges and raki were a nice surprise! :) Highly recommended!

Lovely authentic accommodation in the heart of the old city .

Pros: Perfect for our one night in Chania . Excellent location . We found it easy to park for free near the harbour too . Loved the oranges in the fridge and the room had a great shower room . Easy check in using key safe .

Cons: Nothing .

A beautiful property in a beautiful street in a beautiful city

Pros: Loved the location - so many great restaurants. so close to the port and walking distance to some beaches. Loved the decor and communication. Worth noting that I’ve never been to a hotel that leaves daily fresh oranges until now. Won’t forgot that anytime soon. Check-in was super easy and I’m really grateful to property for helping to organise a transfer from Kissamos to Chania. A really great hotel experience.
