Generally as promised. Very generous breakfast

Pros: Centrally located in an old stone house near the Venetian harbour. Great breakfast and welcoming staff

Cons: Some frustration regarding the finding of garbage bins inside and outside the apartment. Cleaning service during the stay was not present

Value for money and a great location.

Pros: The room was very comfortable and a little quirky, which added to the character. The staff were extremely helpful and polite and the breakfast was delicious. The location was better than I expected and all for a very reasonable price. I would definitely stay here again

Amazing find, very authentic and warm, friendly staff.

Pros: We booked for a 1 night stay and were amazed what we got. A beautiful room with fabulous views in a quiet street. We had a jacuzzi bath in our room , which was lovely. Breakfast sitting in the street was fabulous and felt very authentic. Manu and Flora that checked us in,and served our breakfast were warm and friendly, felt more like staying in a friend’s house than a hotel. We are already planning a longer visit next year.

Pros: Perfect for us for one night after arrival, the property is located in the heart of Chania (Old Town). An atmospheric neighbourhood with local restaurants and bars. Fresh and traditional breakfast served on a cosy street. Excellent service — I really appreciated their warm attitude.

Cons: The narrow stairs in the building can be difficult, especially if you are travelling with large luggage. But this is only a warning for disabled or elderly people. Apart from that, I liked everything ;-)

Pros: Lovely apartment in a fantastic location. The staff are very friendly and helpful.

Cons: The shower is exceedingly small making its use very difficult and the internet is very weak.

We had the best time staying at IFIGENIA Rooms. The location was great, walking distance to so many bars and restaurants

Pros: Loved the room, the service was very kind and welcoming and the location was perfect. The breakfast was so good, we felt like at home.

Cons: Liked everything about the property.

Pros: Very characteristic and authentic accomodation. We stayed in the apartment at the very top and had a fantastic terrace for exclusive use with a view on the venetian port of Chania! The location is amazing to enjoy the city.

Cons: The breakfast was very disappointing (cute but uncomfortable to eat on small tables; we said we were in a hurry because we had to catch a flight and the waitresses did not care at all - maybe they did not even understand, the brought greek yogurt to eat plain and without spoons, they brought bread but no jam or other spread, they served (for 2 people) one slice of cheed cut in 4 pieces and one slide of chicken filet cut in 4 pieces - no jokes). To get to the top, of course, we had to climb narrow stairs. It was worth it, but it was very difficult to take the luggage up and down. There is no wifi in the accomodation.
