Very nice place to stay!

Pros: Super good apartment! We enjoyed a lot. Very clean and stylish, the roof is amazing!Our daughter enjoyed a lot many cats living there 🤣 The hosting family is very nice, welcoming and supportive 🙂 Location was good for us, but better to drive to the beach. At the same time Kissamos is a perfect base to reach all the western beaches!

Cons: The only disadvantage: the beds were too soft for us, but that depends on what you prefer.

Pros: Everything. We had a perfect stay at this wonderful apartment! Everything was spotless and well-equipped. The hosts were truly amazing – warm, welcoming, and attentive. When we arrived, we were greeted with a delicious homemade dessert, fresh water in the fridge, some local raki, and even a bottle of local olive oil – such thoughtful touches! The rooftop was absolutely fantastic, perfect for relaxing, with beautiful views and even some board games to enjoy. For the kids, there were beach toys provided, which made our days at the sea even more fun. There were also some adorable kittens around, and the children had so much fun taking care of them. We would love to come back!

Great location in Kissamos with a superb roof terrace

Pros: The apartments run by Mariana and her son Tasos are located just outside the center of Kissamos, a small former fishing village where, fortunately, mass tourism does not yet dominate the townscape... Our apartment with 2 rooms was well equipped, we even had our own washing machine in the bathroom. plus a small fridge, a well-equipped kitchen (without dishwasher), in which you can prepare simple standard dishes for a small family. The highlight is certainly the huge 360 degree roof terrace with lounge furniture and a perfect barbecue station, which can also be used. Great welcoming service and great advice. The nearest beach is only about 5 minutes away by car (Naya Beach). Parking available right next to the house.

Cons: Our rooms and the beds were generally not very large and the room with the kitchen-living room and sofa bed was also only partially suitable for eating (although there is a small table and 4 chairs). We would definitely recommend going up to the roof terrace and eating upstairs, especially for breakfast or a barbecue in the evening. Our fridge was really wheezing at outside temperatures of >35 degrees, you could hear it quite well in the bed next to it at night - earplugs might help here... A car is also highly recommended in any case due to the not quite central location within the village. However, the most beautiful beaches and villages are within easy reach - Kissamos is a great base for day trips.

Comfortable and well-located if you have a car.

Pros: Friendly and accommodating. Comfortable bed. Stocked with water and fruit. Easy parking just nearby once I understood where it was.

Cons: Nothing worth mentioning.

Everything is outstanding!

Pros: Everything about this place is amazing. The apartment, the position, the rooftop, the garden but also the people! Marianna and her son were absolutely amazing from the moment we booked, making sure we had all the info and directions to the apartment. The check in was easy and she showed us around the beautiful house. She gave us lots of recommendations and the apartment had already everything we needed! She went above and beyond and made our stay in Kissamos truly extraordinary! We are already planning to come back to Crete and most definitely to Anastellar apartment!

Pros: We really loved everything. The atmosphere in this place is amazing! The apartment was new and clean, the host Mariana was very nice and always available to help and the position was perfect to reach the sea or kissamos city center. We will come back!

Wonderful stay in Kissamos

Pros: The apt. is located close to the main road but the area is very quiet, you can drive easily to the best beaches of that area of Crete: Falassarna is 15mins. drive, Balos is pretty close. Everything in Kissamos is walking distance. Anastellar is very good apartment, with exactly every fornitures/tools you'll need to have wonderful holiday in Kissamos. The kitchen is full equipped, bathroom too, there's a confortable sofà and a good terrace with clothesline. The bed is confortable, even if just a bit small. Marianna is very kind gentle and professional, she has given us all the infromation about restaurant a places worth to visit. I totally recommed!

Pros: We felt like if it were our home, the owner is very kind and at your disposal for everything. The terrace is on the top of one of the tallest building in Kissamos so that you can have dinner watching the entire town and the gulf. All the common spaces were always clean. The kitchen is very stocked to cook anything

Great value for money.

Pros: Very Nice place to stay ! We stayed for 1 week and had an amazing time. The bed was very confortable, it was quite calm. The appartment was a bit dark however perfect after a full day outsite in the sun/hot, the AC was very nice. Also the équipement were amazing (olive oil, umbrella for the beach, soap, laundry detergent, towel for the beach… there was everything, bring your suitcases and enjoy). The balcony on the top was very Nice also. The host was very nice. Great value for money!

Pros: The lovely Marianna was very welcoming and her home made cake and wine that she left in our room was delicious. The room was so well equipped with everything needed for our stay. The roof terrace is stunning and spacious. We will definitely return in the future. 👍🏻😎

Cons: Our room had no balcony and was a bit dark that’s all.
