Great hotel with superb location for a perfect Cretan holiday

Pros: Great variation and quality of breakfast , beautiful sea view , very kind and helpful staff , parking opportunities

Cons: Room entrance door bad condition. But nothing to disturb our superb holiday.

Pros: Seaview, kitchen facilities, friendly cleaning staff

Cons: Weak wifi or no wifi at all. Stoney beach no umbrella to borrow when raining, had to wait for rain to stop or walk in the rain to go out for dinner.

Very nice hotel

Pros: Very nice hotel, parking immediately outside, lovely room for breakfast, excellent food choice, good wifi, large comfortable bedroom. Balcony had great outlook and north facing so not too hot. Powerful shower, kitchenette with kettle, hot plates and fridge.

Cons: No tea or coffee provided. With sea view room balcony faces north so always shady and wet swim stuff doesn’t dry.

Seaview room

Pros: The hotel is beachfront with amazing views to the sea, I recommend getting the room with sea view, it was totally worth it. Breakfast buffet has lot of variety and is very tasty. The best thing though is the staff, very friendly and always helpful. We also liked the pool for the days when it was too windy at the beach.

Pros: The breakfasts were amazing! Delicious and varied. The staff is wonderful, very welcoming and accommodating. The room service is impeccable. It's a wonderful place to stay for long holidays. We recommend the front sea view suites - breathtaking views! Will definitely return!

Great family run hotel in good location

Pros: Location was good. Close to restaurants and good views from our room over the ocean with nice spacious terrace. Staff were all friendly and helpful. Pool towels are available and the pool area is clean. Loads of outdoor parking. Beds were comfortable.

Cons: Bath towels need replacing. No coffee pods in the room which would have been nice.

Pros: Great Location and Comfortable Stay We had a very satisfying stay at this hotel. The location is excellent—just a short walk to the city center, making it easy to explore the shopping areas and enjoy a variety of good restaurants nearby. The hotel was very clean and well-maintained. Our room was cleaned daily, which we really appreciated. The breakfast offered a good variety and was a great way to start the day. We also appreciated the small kitchen in the room, which had all the basic essentials we needed to cook simple meals. The addition of a small refrigerator was very convenient. The balcony was a lovely bonus, offering beautiful views of the sea. Overall, a great experience and we would definitely stay here again.

Pros: Amazing views of the ocean and sunrise from the balcony. Walking distance to waterfront restaurants. Very clean, staff helpful. Room had a little kitchenette, beds were comfy. Pool area surrounded by mountains. 12 euro for breakfast. Highly recommend.
