It was ok for us, but we were only sleeping there ;)
Pros: - nice location, 5 minutes from the beach - two pools, one for kids and regular one (the floor close the pools was very slipper, not the best especially for kids) - room was big enough - cleaning every day - staff working there was helpful in case of any questions
Cons: - playground for kids needs refreshment - some elements were broken and dangerous - kitchen wasn't well equipped, it would be good to add some basic accessories - apartment wasn't ready at. 3 pm and the staff was quite surprised that we're on time (even though we put the information about estimated arrival time)

I would definitely recommend this hotel and I look forward to staying here again in the future.
Pros: I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The swimming pool was clean and very relaxing, and the facilities around it were great. The breakfast was perfect, with many choices and everything fresh and tasty. My room was comfortable and very clean, and the housekeeping was excellent every day. Most of all, the staff made my stay special. Everyone was friendly, kind, and always ready to help with anything I needed. Their service really made me feel welcome. I would definitely recommend this hotel and I look forward to staying here again in the future.

Pros: Great place to base for trips to Balos and Elafonisi. The option of the pool and pool bar were a lovely addition. The staff were super friendly and passionate about their local area. They gave great recommendations for bars/restaurants in the area which helped us to narrow down where to dine. The room was spacious and clean and had a balcony overlooking the pool and the sea in the distance.
Cons: The shower had no door as part of the design so the bathroom floor got wet very easily. However, despite only staying for two nights our floor towel was replaced without us having to ask so we were delighted with that.

Wonderful central location with exceptionally friendly staff.
Pros: Excellent location in the heart of the city, offering a beautiful view and a cafe just a 2 mins walk away. The staff was incredibly friendly - both during check-in at the bar and when helping us arrange a taxi to the airport. Highly recommended! This town is a convenient base for visiting the popular beaches of Balos and Elafonissi, whether by boat, ferry, or car.
Cons: Wi-Fi was a bit spotty sometimes

Pros: Very nice staff, great location, accessible pool, available boardgames (chess), flexibility to check in/out, great renovated bathroom.
Cons: Subjectively so it didn’t impact the overall review score. Poor noise cancellation - you could hear everyone everywhere (different rooms, corridor). I personally hate the glass door, that never fully close, to the bathroom and will never understand the reason behind installing them. A bit poor/boring breakfast.

Pros: Location, nice pool, comfortable bathroom, parking. Very clean.
Cons: Cat urina smell in room and common places. Noisy ac. People smoking on balconies, so everywhere you can feel this smell. Non private balconies, guests can be very close to each other. Breakfast can be better, old products from previous breakfasts. Paid pool towels, paid safety box.
