Pros: All the staff was amazing, location is very clean, close to the beach. The rooms are big, the balconies are a nice spot to spend time outside.

Very good

Pros: My stay overall was very good. The location was perfect, close to the beach and there are many restaurants and bars nearby, and you get a nice swimming pool. In addition, there is a bus stop that can take you to Chania. The room was overall clean, and the staff are nice!

Cons: You need to pay to get the key to the safe..

Pros: Location, the personal, however it is not often on the registration_ but always answearing in Booking, help you with every thing you need.

Cons: The hairdryer worked intermittently and poorly; I had to keep turning it on and off before it would start. It was impossible to plug anything into the socket. I was afraid of damaging my phone charger. I managed to plug in the kettle once, but then I couldn’t plug in the iron at all and had to unplug the kettle. The second time, I couldn’t plug it in at all.

Beautiful vacation

Pros: Excellent apartment in an excellent location 50 meters from the nearest beach. Clean pool with free sunbeds. Secured parking space. The apartment is cleaned daily and the cleanliness is at the maximum level. It is equipped with everything you need and looks exactly as it does in the pictures. The view from the terrace is beautiful. The hosts are helpful and there for everything you need. All in all, it completely met our expectations.

Pros: The staff and venue were amazing. It was a great location, right next to the beach and strip. The maids and receptionists were kind and helpful. We loved the balconies and the pool as well!

Nice hotel and staff but the village is ugly.

Pros: First of all I have to thank the staff: super nice and professional. The property is quite new, well designed and the sea is only few steps away. Beds are very comfortable. The pool is small but very clean. Private parking requires good driving skills.

Cons: Platanias is awful!!! It's quite like a cheap commercial mall: no beauty, no feelings, bad food, worst sea I ever seen in Greece.

Fantastic

Pros: I had a fantastic stay at this hotel in Crete. The location was perfect, the rooms were clean and comfortable, and the overall atmosphere was very welcoming. A special thank you to Grigorios, who was incredibly kind and helpful throughout my stay. He made sure everything was perfect and was always available for anything I needed. I truly appreciated his hospitality. I would definitely come back and highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Crete!

Pros: The staff were super friendly and helpful. We had an early arrival and although we couldn’t check in immediately they did everything they could to make us comfortable and we could use the facilities while waiting for check in.
