Melina Beach

Pros: Next to the beach and really near to the main street, quiet naberhood, clean, friendly and helpful staff, big room, playground. Definately would recommend.

Cons: Pool was rather cold, beds were a bit hard, walls are thin.

Pros: The staff was extremely helpful and polite ,Kateryna housekeeper was very lovely and did exceptionally good job. Gentlemen in reception ( sorry don't remember name) also was extremely nice and helpful

Pros: What a wonderful stay! The service was truly beautiful, we felt so welcome. Very child friendly both staff and facility wise. The rooms were well equipped and even had nescoffee machines. Late checkout and any of our requests were attended to quickly and kindly. The facilities were well kept, and beautiful with nice gardens and sea view.

Catarina the housekeeper was par excellent. I appreciate Thanos the GM and Angelo the operation manager for their human

Pros: We felt at home. Close to the sea and away from the hustle and bustle. Location perfect and 2 mins walk from host of restaurants and markets.

Pros: The apartments were in an excellent beachfront location with a short walk to all the bars and shops.

Cons: The sunbeds at the pool were usually reserved early.

Sea holiday

Pros: - Central - Sea was near - Hot temperature. - Crete, I expected more from Crete. Many tourists and especially Finns like that, but there was nothing original. - Of course there was beautiful, but maybe I am too old that touristy places.

Many tourists and especially Finns like that, but there was nothing original. - Pool was good, but sun beds were all the time reserved, even there were not that many people in pool. People reserve these sun beds and go to the other place, not nice at all.

Fantastic stay, brilliant location and super helpful staff.

Pros: It ticked all the boxes for our group including our friend who has mobility issues and her two year old granddaughter! Excellent location and super friendly and helpful staff. Spacious and clean room. Hotel right on the beach but lovely pool too! Walking distance to shops and other restaurants.

Cons: Breakfast and food options were very good (as opposed to exceptional)!

We should have stayed longer

Pros: Great and well managed. The bar staff at the beach were amazing as was Thanos and the team in the office. The apartment was clean and comfortable. We will be back next year already booked.

The best holiday in years

Pros: Just a dream holiday, the hotel is small, and spotless. The staff are all wonderful and nothing was too much trouble. The rooms are a great size and the beds are so comfy. It has an all day bar with great food and drinks . The play area is perfect for little ones and the beach is just two minutes walk from the hotel bar and only 5 euros for a sun bed all day . The town is ideal for families and again two mins walk from the hotel. We will be making this our regular holiday place as ticked ALL the boxes for our family across the generations . Thank you and see you next year !
