Warmly recommend this place

Pros: The staff was amazing, very helpful and kind. I had a gorgeous room with ocean view and a private balcony. The bed was super comfy. I would absolutely consider coming back if I come back to Crete again.

Cons: A small thing, but the opening hours of the reception. Waited until 9 to checkout (was up before 7).

Would come back again, great value for money.

Pros: Great location, on the beach with many amenities, shops, restaurants and bars nearby! Extremely friendly and helpful staff. We had an issue with our car, the manager Yianni helped with finding a reliable mechanic.

Cons: No complaints.

Lovely stay right on the beach

Pros: The location is great, has a lot of restaurants, super markets around and a long beach just behind. Our room was cleaned daily and had a lovely view of the sea. Its family run and are a delight to interact with! We even got some fresh grapes :)

Pros: I loved my stay. Apartments are right on the beach. Water is clear and rooms are nice. Nikos was very nice and I wish him all the best:) Greeting Zdena

Pros: Very good service, from reception and restaurant to room maintenance. Spotless cleaning, fresh towels and bedlinen. Very comfortable double bed as I requested, and excellent WiFi. New furniture, appliances and bathroom. Commendable.

Cons: I took a room named deluxe room with seaview. Pool view was also mentioned in the description. The seaview, however, was about 20% of the view, the rest was the direct view of the restaurant facility (in glass) and the pool. There were not enough room photos when I was booking, which would've been helpful as to what to expect.

Pros: Right on the sea front. Easy to get sunbed. Rooms cleaned perfectly.

A short stay

Pros: Unfortunately we arrived late after a long drive and had difficulty finding the hotel. The owner kindly helped us over this. On arrival we realized that the accommodation was not what we were looking for on this occassion. We stayed tyhe night and the next morning the manager showed us two other rooms in an attempt to find some thing that would suit us, we did decide however to move on. He could not have been more helpful or understanding. The food was really nice and all the staff were lovely, friendly and understanding. The position on the beach was good.

Cons: Not much really, just not for us on this occassion.

great time. quiet & chill

Pros: the place it true hidden jam. owner is very nice person with great sense of humor and also very helpful for every request. he arange taxi to pick up us from the airport as we land late.our room has been ready and set as per our requests. sea view room with balkony. cleaning lady has swept the floor and tide room everyday.not to forget the restaurant in the hotel. reasonable prices & nice food (cheese saganaki recommended). i beleive it has unbeatble ratio value for money. we dont have any complains. it has everithig for nice quiet holiday....also to mention hotel has his own sunbeds on the sand and they are free as long as you had few drinks from the restaurants. thank you for everything guys - you made our first time on the island great. forgot to mention bus stop is 30 meters from the hotel which is very helpful if you dont have car...

Pros: Very nice place.It way easy to get into Chania by bus .Close to plenty of nice tavernas and bars.The taverna at the hotel was very nice and good value for money,right next to the beach.The rooms were a good size and kept very clean,plenty of utensils for self catering also.Free sunbeds for residents on the beach and good pool if you don't like sand. A very good stay thank you to all at the Kato Stalos Mare.

Soggiorno piacevole!

Pros: La struttura è molto carina, anche se un po’ datata: se fosse sistemata e resa più moderna diventerebbe davvero una piccola bomboniera! La posizione è ottima, strategica per raggiungere tutti i posti più belli della zona e dell'isola.La stanza era pulita e accogliente, e nei dintorni non manca proprio nulla — supermercati, ristoranti, lidi… tutto comodamente a portata di mano. Nel complesso, un soggiorno piacevole e confortevole!

Cons: Solo il bagno che perdeva troppa acqua..
