Artemis Apartments

Pros: We loved our stay at Artemis Apartment. The staff is very nice and the rooms are really big, with wonderful balconies with pool view. The location is perfect, very close to the beach, with supermarkets and restaurants nearby.

Cons: The kitchen is poorly equipped, lacking essential utensils for cooking. The breakfast could have more variety.

I look forward to returning

Pros: This was an excellent place to stay. The setting was quiet yet within 150m of shops, restaurants and the beach. The place was spotlessly clean. Our apartment was serviced everyday. Clean towels every second day, beds changed every third day. Bins changed everyday and they kept the bathroom and floors spotless. Breakfast was very good, there was something for everyone. The staff were wonderful, kind and attentive. The pool area was always quiet and it was easy to get a bed. There is plenty of room for very safe parking but you can easily survive without a car. The bus stop for Chania is just down the road. It comes every 20 mins and costs €2 which you can pay with your debit/credit card. You’ll be in the Old Town in 20 mins. The bus also goes to Kissamos in the opposite direction and would cost a little more. Be sure to bring your own sun cream. It’s about the only expensive thing in the shops and Lidl, strangely, don’t stock it.

Pros: Basic breakfast but good enough. Huge balcony room 16. Quiet big room. Good bedroom with good beds. Everyday cleaning. Good swimming pool and enough free sun beds. Minikitchen and fridge with a small freezer.

Pros: Fantastic position , studio apartment had a balcony and was very spacious. The apartments are positioned in a quiet street . The lovely friendly staff were very attentive, the breakfast was fresh and a great choice. We can especially recommend Opa Stanos ,a family run restaurant, with excellent service and home cooked food, with lots of choice., a 2 minute walk from the hotel. The beach was sandy and across the road from the hotel.

Pros: The room was very nice and was perfect located in the hotel and super easy to access! Room was clean and comfortable and had good space. Nice pool and plenty of sunbeds. Pool area was quiet and the hotel over all was quiet in the evenings and at night so we were really able to relax and enjoy the tranquility.

Cons: Breakfast was very basic so some more options of fruit and yoghurt would be nice but we were fine as it was!

Pros: Very clean, spacious room, family- and child-friendly. Good location, restaurants and groceries nearby. Friendly and helpful staff! Beach 2 mins walk. We remained very satisfied!

Cons: Cooking plate could be more powerful. If you are planning to cook something, forget it. For example, takes hours to boil potatoes 😁

Pros: Halen kitchen serving lady is so good and prompt in filling up food. We had breakfast inclusive package and it was 100% worth it. Kostas and his brother owns the property and they were very good. They bought a baby food blender after asking once as my baby was still on puréed. My baby had a fever and I haven’t packed a thermometer with me, I asked Kostas if he has it and he can to give me straight away. On the day of our arrival we were late with our arrival time, Kostas called and made sure we have reached safely in the apartment even though it was out of ours. Absolutely impressed with their service and highly highly recommend. And yes the room service is excellent again. They change the bins every day if need be , bed sheets changed every 3rd day with a clean towels.

Cons: The only down side was the kitchen was little small for me as I am use to cooking at bigger space kitchen. But that’s something I can easily overlook considering the level of good hospitality Kostas and his brother and their staff provides.
