Exceptional stay.

Pros: Like? Everything! The house was as pictured - spacious, well decorated, spotlessly clean and extremely comfortable. Lovely area, plenty of street parking. Meters to supermarket, bakery, local restaurant. We’d rate our hosts as 11/10 if we could - wonderful friendliness and hospitality.

Cons: Nothing.

Fantastic.

Pros: Fantastic apartment with modern architecture ideal for families and groups. Upper floar 2 bedrooms and large bathroom. Lower floar bedroom bathroom large living room and kitchen. At the entrance a welcoming garden and a fully equipped courtyard for pleasant outdoor launches with barbecue. In the vicinity of the structure there are markets restaurants pastry shops etc. The centre can be reached in 10 minutes by lo local bud. However rhe added value is given by the courtesy and splendid smile of Mrs Giorgina always available for any advice.

Pros: Το σπίτι είχε όλες τις ανέσεις. Οι οικοδεσπότες άψογοι. Μας είχαν αφήσει πολλά κεράσματα. Υπήρχε πρόβλεψη για οτιδήποτε χρειστήκαμε. Η περιοχή είναι άριστη με άνετο πάρκινγκ και πολλά ιστορικά ενδιαφέροντα. . Διαπιστώσαμε ότι τα Χανιά δεν είναι μόνο τουριστικό παλιό λιμάνι . Σίγουρα θα το συστηνα και σε άλλους και θα το ξαναπροτιμησουμε στο μέλλον.

Se dovessi tornare a Chania tornerò assolutamente in questa struttura .

Pros: Tutto!!! Dall'ospitalità , alla pulizia della casa , ai servizi offerti e alla tranquillità della zona. Dal vero era ancora più bello che dalle foto.. La distanza dal centro, che e' comunque di circa 20 minuti a piedi da casa e 5 minuti in macchina, è' stata per noi una comodità visto il traffico del centro.. Vicino a casa c'è un supermercato, una pizzeria e una bakery. Anche la Wi-fi perfettamente funzionante .

Cons: e' stato tutto bello!

The best host

Pros: The location is perfect with a nice garden, clean rooms and a lot of facilities nearby (bakery, supermarket, etc). We had the feeling that we are at home. The host is the best host that i have ever seen, and I have travelled a lot... She received us with warm and a welcome package (we have arrived late). She gave us tips about good restaurants and she was very open to every question that we ve asked. Definetely we want to come again. See you soon Georgina

Soggiorno Indimenticabile

Pros: Soggiorno veramente incredibile, siamo stati una settimana (un gruppo di amici di 5 persone) Giorgina ha una casa bellissima, posizione perfetta, e soprattutto è una splendida persona e super disponibile, raccomando a chiunque di prenotare questa struttura per un soggiorno meraviglioso Giorgina ti ringraziamo davvero di cuore ancora una volta.. P s. Le foto sono bellissime ma la casa dal vivo è ancora più bella!

Muy recomendable!

Pros: Nuestra estadía en Serena Residence fue excepcional. La casa es moderna, cómoda y espaciosa, ideal para un grupo de 6 personas como el nuestro. Tiene 3 habitaciones y un cómodo vestidor para apoyar las valijas, ropa y todas las pertenencias. Un gran punto a favor es que se encuentra en una zona céntrica y a menos de 100 mts de un supermercado. Nuestra anfitriona Georgina nos atendió y se preocupó porque todo fuera perfecto. Sin dudas recomendaría Serena a todos :)

Pros: Περάσαμε υπέροχα σε ένα ζεστό και φιλόξενο σπίτι, ιδανικό για οικογενειακές διακοπές! Το κατάλυμα ήταν ανακαινισμένο, πεντακάθαρο, με μοντέρνα αισθητική και μια υπέροχη αυλή για χαλάρωση. Σε ήσυχη γειτονιά, με όλα όσα χρειάζεσαι σε κοντινή απόσταση και πολύ κοντά στο κέντρο. Οι οικοδεσπότες εξαιρετικοί – ευγενικοί, πρόθυμοι να βοηθήσουν και μας κέρασαν παραδοσιακά κρητικά εδέσματα που μας έκαναν να νιώσουμε σαν στο σπίτι μας. Το προτείνουμε ανεπιφύλακτα!
