Fantastic stay in a convienient location.

Pros: This appartment was exactly as it was shown in the photos and described in the description. Comunication with the hosts was very good and they were very kind in looking after our bags while we waited for a late flight. The appartment had everything we needed and our host left us a very generous selection of treats on our arrival.

Cons: As previous reveiwers have mentioned the view from the balcony is not the best, but this is reflected in the price of the property. It should be noted that the stairs to the property have no handrail which didn`t concern us, but may be a concern for older people or those with children.

Great location, facilities and comfortable

Pros: The property is very clean and has all the basic necessities for a comfortable stay. It is in a brilliant location the sea is only a minute away and the centre is 5 minutes away. The owners are extremely nice and helpful.

Pros: The apartment was very comfortable and clean. It met all my expectations. The host is an extremely kind person.

Great experience

Pros: Location is great, clean beach suitable for small children just 1 minute walk, fine sand, shower nearby. A lot of restaurants along the beach promenade. 15-20 minutes walk to main old town sights. Apartment was clean, a lot of small things for children: baby chair, baby cot, pedestal stool in bathroom, plastic glasses etc. Both TVs were new with Netflix subscription included. Air-conditioners in both rooms. Spacious balcony (even though the view was quite obvious to adjacent buildings and yards). We stayed 2 adults and 3 children and it was enough space there. The host was extremely helpful and was always replying to my queries within minutes. They also helped me when I lost my bag near the apartment outside.

Cons: There are construction road works just in front of the building. I guess it will be completed within months and that will become an advantage with completely renovated road and sidewalks (which are often not up to scratch in Chania overall). The stairs to apartment have no railings and I would not recommend to go there children below 5yo with no assistance. There were some minor things to improve in the apartment but I am pretty certain those will be taken into account by the host after my private feedback. But anyway, despite of these facts, I would definitely recommend the property.

En super leilighet nær stranden

Pros: Vi likte alt ved oppholdet! Vertene var utrolig hjelpsomme, fleksible og hyggelige. Leiligheten ligger i et rolig område og stranden er helt fantastisk - kun et steinkast fra leiligheten. Leiligheten har alt en trenger under et opphold og mer til! Det er en kort spasertur (15 - 20 min) til den gamle havnen i Chania der det er mye liv og røre. En leilighet vi helt sikkert vil komme tilbake til hvis vi skal til Chania igjen!

Cons: Hvis det skulle nevnes et forbedringspotensiale så er det den ene av sengene i stuen som godt kunne ha hatt et underlag da den var lidt ujevn å ligge på for et av ungene våre. Men ikke det store problemet.

Pros: Хорошо и удобно устроена квартира. Все очень чисто. Совмещенная кухня и гостиная комната. Большая спальня. 2 кондиционера. На кухне и в ванной комнате есть все необходимое. Так же предлагалась замена полотенец и постельного белья. При заселении было много приятных сюрпризов. Бутылка вина, прохладительные напитки, фрукты, выпечка, сладости и т.д.
