Pros: Amazing, modern, comfortable, clean and close to the beach and a short walk to the old town. Property has everything you may need. Best property we have stayed at hands down.

A modern, comfortable and well located apartment, with hospitality as you can only find in Greece :)
Pros: The apartment was perfectly located next to the beach, as well as numerous excellent restaurants, cafes and local amenities. It was modern and stylish, comfortable, with good bathrooms and kitchen. The inner courtyard provided an excellent space for having meals together, as well as putting our clothes to dry. The host was very friendly and professional, she responded to our queries quickly and was very informative, giving us great tips and recommendations. We were moved by the fact that she provided us several snacks and foods on arrival, and mid way, she even bough us a local cake to try. Her hospitality was unmatched to any host we've had before. We also appreciated that the host provided us with beach towels, and high quality cosmetics in the bathrooms - even face creams and perfume samples.
Cons: There is just one small point, we stayed for 10 days and there was no cleaning for the duration of our stay. For long duration stays, it would be preferred if someone would come to give the apartment a general clean, such as hoover, change sheets. As there is no entrance mat, it was difficult not to bring in sand from the nearby beach, and by the end of our stay we were struggling to keep the floors clean, even though we had a broom.

Wonderful stay with the family at a modern, comfortable and conveniently located apartment.
Pros: Contemporary, clean in a great location, walking distance to restaurants, beach, old town.
Cons: No dedicated parking, but common with all other similar accommodation in the area. Once aware where to park on street it is fine and safe.

Superb location
Pros: Nice little renovated place in a superb location which is just 50m from the beach. The beachfront itself has many lovely restaurants and shops but you are also only a 10 min walk to Chania town. Host meets you at the property and organised everything we required.
Cons: Couldn’t fault anything about the place.

Great stay near to the old town of Chania.
Pros: Casa Del Mare Luxury Guest House is in a perfect location, the beach is just at your doorstep and Chania’s Old Town is in a 10 minutes convenient and nice walk just at the seaside. The flat is new and has a very stylish interior, the rooms are spacious and clean. Communication is flawless, easy check in and out. Free parking spots are available just in front of the house. Highly recommended.
Cons: Can’t fault a thing.

Pros: Чудове помешкання,рекомендую всім!Дуже гарний та сучасний ремонт,близько до моря та всіх зручностей.Власниця залишила вино,сік,воду,хліб ,сир та ковбасу,що було дуже приємним,після довгого перельоту.Місцеположення 10/10.Були дуже задоволені відпочинком,повернулися б сюди ще раз.

Pros: Die Lage ist hervorragend. Der Stadtstrand Nea Chora Beach befindet sich in 80 - 100 m Laufdistanz. Die Ferienwohnung ist komfortabel. Kleine Aufmerksamkeiten der Gastgeber wie Seife - Duschgel- Lotion - Sonnencreme - Parfümproben sind von besonders guter Qualität. Die Freundlichkeit / Service und Verfügbarkeit der sehr sympatischen Gastgeber ist herausragend. Wäschewechselservice wurde auf Anfrage umgehend und freundlich mit kleinen Aufmerksamkeiten erledigt. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet. Es wirkt alles recht neu und gepflegt. Klimatisierung und Abdunkelung der Räumlichkeiten super. In der nahen Umgebung gibt es unzählige gute bis sehr gute Lokale mit teils authentischen und sehr schmackhaften und nicht überteuerten Gerichten. Die Altstadt von Chania ist fußläufig gut erreichbar und bietet viele weitere kulturelle wie lukullische Abwechslungen. Zu weiteren Stränden / Buchten sowie diversen Einkaufsmöglichkeiten ist die verkehrsmäßige Anbindung sehr gut.
Cons: Im zweiten Schlafzimmer / hinterer Bereich ist recht wenig Platz - besonders im Bad incl. Zugang - vorhanden. Das Wasser am Stadtstrand ist leider teils durch Abfälle der Badegäste verunreinigt. Partypeople sowie an- und abfahrende Strandbesucher verursachen nachts durchaus störenden Lärm.
