Elia Beach Deluxe Apartment

Great value! Location!

Pros: It is a huge apparent, two separated bedrooms, a living room and a big kitchen. Great location, right by the waterfront. One outside hot tub and one inside jacuzzi. The management is in the hotel 5 minutes walk and they were very helpful and attentive.

Cons: The kitchenware needs upgrading. Many things were missing like cutlery (there were no spoons at all, for example) and utensils.

Pros: The location was excellent. The view of the apartment, superb.

Cons: Parking was in the basement of the building. The driveway was so steep and narrow that made it unusable, unless you had a 4x4.

Cons: There was a little noise from restaurants below

Beautiful, modern, seaside apartment - would love to stay again!

Pros: A beautiful apartment! The location was perfect, on the main strip in Nea Chora and right across from the beach. It is about a 15-minute walk to Chania old town/wharf but there was plenty going on where we were. Great soundproofing - no issues with noise from the outside or adjoining apartment. My mum and I enjoyed having a bedroom and a bathroom each - particular mention needs to be made to the fancy three-option shower heads! We barely used the outdoor spa and never used the indoor spa as we enjoyed the town and the island so much. We definitely recommend this apartment and would love to stay again! Thanks also to the Elia team for their assistance and prompt responses 🙂

Beach location with private parking

Pros: You can’t ask for a better location. Right on the beach, your choice of food at the tavernas below, private parking, 15 minute nice walk along the sea to old town, spacious apartment, fantastic balcony. They had everything you needed and if there was any concerns, they responded quickly. Check-in was easy, parking in the basement was a little tricky if you have a larger car.

Cons: Hot tub on balcony was cold and dirty when we got there, but they sent a cleaner right away…unfortunately the pumps look to be clogged with sand..so although it looked clean after being worked on it still wasn’t working properly. We never used it because the cleanliness was questionable. The hot water in the apartment takes some time to heat up, you need to wait a long time for it to reach the apartment when it’s ready, so turn the water on awhile before using.

Pros: Nice and available staff, good location in front of the beach, restaurants, mini markets, car rental around, 15min walk to the old town. Jacuzzi was much appriciated. Clean.

Cons: It would be nice to have information in the appartment about how the heating works, etc.

Well maintained and clean place with a good location on the beach.

Pros: Clean. Good location. They provided parking for a vehicle. Nice balcony area!

Cons: There were no wash cloths.

Wysoki standard w fenomenalnym miejscu

Pros: Wspaniale położony apartament. Każde pomieszczenie klimatyzowane, piękny widok z tarasu. Doposażenie na wysokim poziomie. Cudna okolica, wszystko blisko. Bardzo przyjemna obsługa i duże wsparcie recepcji.

Cons: Brak włączania oświetlenia na klatce przy mieszkaniu, brak oznaczania nr mieszkania na piętrze. Skrzypiące drzwi do sypialni znajdującej się przy salonie.
