If I had to choose between a hotel or this apartment, I would choose this apartment again!

Pros: The apartament is very nice. It is located on the edge of a small town, with a beautiful view of the mountains, very close to the sea. Nearby there is a great local cafe and fish shop. Ideal place if you want to feel the local atmosphere away from the commercial resorts.

Cons: The lack of a washing machine was a bit of a nuisance, but for a experienced traveler it won't be a big problem :) The bathroom lacks towel and cosmetics holders, but the hosts will probably install them soon. You can see that the apartment is new and freshly renovated :)

A relaxing vacation with beautiful experiences

Pros: It was a really great holiday for us. Paulina and Konstantinos are lovely hosts, that made us feel very cared for. The apartment is very stylish and bigger that it seems to be on the photos. Kolymvari is a small village with friendly people, a beautiful beach and delicious restaurants at the promenade. You can reach all the highlights of the western part of Crete easily by car (Elafonisi, Lake Kournas, Kourtaliotiko, Samaria, Chania, Rethymno)
