Pros: In a lovely quiet town, just on the harbour side. Spacious and clean, cleaner went above and beyond and cleaned stains from clothes without even asking

Cons: Slight smell in the bathroom which appeared on the last day

Pros: I have stayed at the Avra imperial hotel every year for the past 14 years now and this time I wanted to try the Avra apartments for a change. It was very private, comfortable rooms with mostly local businesses around. You can still use all the facilities in the hotel so I really recommend this option if you want to experience the life in the little fishing village.

Amazing property with s self cat ea view and access to hotel facilities.

Pros: Pictures were very accurate. The view was amazing. The interior layout and furnishings were really lovely. The ability to use the hotel facilities which were a short distance away was amazing..

Cons: There was no information book at the property about things like local places to eat, how to use the Wi-Fi where the bins go, etc. We asked about having two separate beds in the second bedroom before we arrived, but this was not arranged when we arrived at the property. Communication via the Booking.com app was very poor but phone calls and emails were responded to very promptly.

Our stay was everything we hoped for when we booked Avra Apartments.

Pros: Wide variety of breakfast, gym and spa, pool area are brilliant

Pros: Very well located with an incredible view of the harbor, everything is minutes away- restaurants, shopping, beach. Spacious apartment, easy to access ,very comfortable, combining the beauty of an old Cretan house with the modern interior design .

Cons: It can benefit to have a washing machine and a hair dryer 😅

Pros: Stayed in apartments away from the hotel but convenient for hotel to use their facilities Lovely location away from crowds Comfortable king sized bed Air con Staff all couldn't do enough for you. door men, reception, maintenance, cleaners.

Cons: Toilet seat broken but it was promptly repaired when reported at reception

Pros: Everything was perfect! We will come back for sure.
