Xristinas Seaside Apartments

It's almost perfect place for vacation , just needs a bit more caring and little touches

Pros: Beautiful spacious apartment right on the beach with breakwaters. Very nice balcony with street view to sit and calm in the evenings. Close to many taverns and there is supermarket just 7 min by foot. The roof is with magnificent sea view

Cons: The cleaning and the maintenance could be better. It felt like they haven't enough time between guests to repair things that broken, maybe because of high season... And that maybe they just don't care enough. Another thing that was noticable compare to our other hosts in Crete is that you don't have even bottle of water for welcome and it's very hot in August... In addition, not salt, sugar, coffee (for us it's basic for appartment with a kitchen...

Pros: We had a wonderful stay at Xristinas Apartment in Kolymvari. The apartment was fully functional, clean, and well-equipped — everything worked perfectly. The highlight was definitely the stunning view of the beach, which we enjoyed every day. Xristina was extremely friendly and helpful, making us feel very welcome from the start. We would gladly return and can highly recommend this place to anyone visiting this region of Crete.

Pros: We liked the whole apartment, location and a nice restaurant connected to the apartment. Owner was also very kind and always there if you needed anything. We definetly recommend.

Pros: Located in a small town. Big and spacious apartment. Restaurants and shops close to the apartment. Great sea view from the apartment ( just note that one app is with sea view, one is with road view).

Cons: The balcony is without any shadow and the appartment gets quite hot during the day.

A good apartment just beside the sea

Pros: The location was good to explore many famous nearby beaches. The property is also just beside the sea beach. It also has its own section of beach umbrellas.

Cons: There are not adequate utensils for cooking. The shower station is not up to the mark. We also experienced lot of mosquitoes at the very first day of our stay, though we didn’t open the window as it was suggested.

Pros: Big apartments are perfect for family. We stayed 4 people and it was 2 separate rooms for kids. There are free terrace where you can relax after day. No problem with parking. Below there is an good family restaurant. The hospitality was perfect, the owner helps to any questions.

Cons: Nothing. everything was perfect.

Pros: Xristinas is in a great location, close to the beach, restaurants and small town. The apartment was clean, comfortable and spacious. What more could you want

Pros: Everything was great! Helpful owner, beautiful sea view, delicous food in the restaurant. Very positive surprise were the wavebreakers in the sea making the sea very calm compared to other places in Crete - perfect location!

Pros: Fantastic apartment with only a few step to a really nice beach.. All necessary equipment as coffeebrewer, a huge AirCondition that really did the room cool… We are already planning to return next year…

amazing place to stay at and explore Northern Crete!

Pros: great, spacious, light apartment located on the first floor overlooking the sea, very comfortable and with everything you may need, very friendly and helpful host, sweet little town with plenty of places to enjoy Cretan food, the restaurant downstairs is very nice and has its sunbeds in the beach which we could use while staying at the apartment
