Best European holiday in years!

Pros: Fantastic location within Chania Old Town, managed by Eleni who was friendly, efficient and deserves all the positive comments in previous reviews, any communication was always responded to within minutes and her desire to ensure her guests enjoyed the property was very evident, nothing was too much trouble. The room was most attractive and comfortable, decorated to a very high standard, and cleaned daily, by a very pleasant cleaner, to a high standard. Will definitely stay again if visiting Chania in the future and highly recommend

Pros: Perfect for exploring Chania. Comfortable and spacious room with a huge balcony!

Pros: Eleni was very helpful. Also you can get to the hotel from the other side. Which is quite close to where the taxi stands are. And near all the shops, restaurants etc

Wonderful stay in Chania old town

Pros: In the middle of Chania old town, on a walking to must see places. Plenty of restaurant choice in the same street and around; also, a small minimarket just few meters away. The place is very comfortable and elegantly decorated. On top of that, the host (Eleni) gave us great tips for food and activities; she was such an energetic and cool person, definitely one of the best ever met!

A great host who looks after her guests in well appointed well positioned accommodation.

Pros: The location was perfect for easy access to the Old Town and all it offers. The property was very clean, comfortable, spacious and well equipped. The balcony was a great place to sit to watch the passing parade.

Cons: It was perfect. No negatives other than we had to leave when our time was up.

Great hotel in a superb location just minutes from everything and certainly great value for money

Pros: The hotel is located just a few minutes walk from the port with beautiful cafe , restaurants and shops in the same street. Our room was at the top of the building it was a beautiful room with a lovely outdoor terrace with views across to the port . Eleni was amazing from the moment my reservation was received , she contacted me by WhatsApp offering her assistance and sending me a place on Google maps where we could park our hire car . When asked for restaurant recommendations she made recommendations and made a reservation for us and we got a great table . She also went out of her way to meet us down where we parked our car and escorted us to the hotel . She went above and beyond and it was much appreciated. I would highly recommend a stay at this hotel

Cons: The stairs maybe difficult for some people with mobility issues

Pros: We loved how central it was, such a short walk to everything in Chania port! We also were impressed with Eleni and the lengths she went to help us find a car park on arrival and with our bags all the way to the room. She is a very dedicated host. We also had lovely interactions with the cleaners, who were so kind and welcoming. We will definitely be back!!
