Perfect location, comfortable roomy apartment with rooftop balcony.

Pros: Fantastic location in the old town near loads of restaurants and 2 mins to the main harbour front but also close to bus station and modern town, simple but authentic accommodation at a good standard and spotlessly clean. Lovely helpful staff.

Cons: Just be aware it’s a good number of steps up to the second floor if you have heavy bags - the staff will help if you arrive when they are there.

Pros: Trully a place that is part of the history of Chania! A wonderful place that pictures do not do justice! I fell in love with every little detail! I hold a very soft place to my heart for Fagotto as it echoes the past in a unique way. Thank you for our stay!

A lovely apartment in a perfect spot. Everyone was very friendly in this beautiful town.

Pros: A lovely quiet spot right off main area. Could see the sea from our roof terrace and there was a balcony too. Lovely airy room decorated in soft grey with shutters on the windows and air conditioning. Good walk in shower. Irene on reception and the cleaner were lovely, friendly and very helpful. Breakfast was excellent in a lovely cafe on the harbour front just a few minutes away.

Cons: Just to note there were two flights of stairs to the apartment without handrails and obviously more to roof terrace but with rails. On entry to the apartment there was no handrail or protection at the top to prevent falling from the bedroom. Not a problem for us and apartment unlikely to be booked by anyone with small children. We kept stair light on during night just in case.

The location was excellent is a beautiful little street in the old town lots of beautiful restaurants

Pros: We were initially treated with a very cute, traditional appearing Cretan home style room with all the amenities with a great balcony with a view and lovely Jazz music below. This was complemented by the friendly and informative Irene, who provided many genuine and thoughtful suggestions on how to optimise our stay in Chania. The location was also perfect, short walk to the Old Port and right by many cafes, restaurants and shops. Definitely recommend staying here if visiting Chania.

Cons: Be conscious that this hotel is right above a Jazz bar that operates until the early hours of the morning. This didn’t bother us however, something to be mindful of.

Excellent stay in a beautifully renovated historic building in the heart of the old town.

Pros: Just steps away from everything, our room was spacious, tastefully renovated, and fully functional, featuring a lovely veranda. The staff were exceptionally polite, and everything was spotless. A truly pleasant and comfortable experience.

Cons: The only downside was the very weak Wi-Fi, which could definitely be improved.
