Pros: Highly recommended establishment. Nasos was very welcoming, accommodating and hospitable, always happy to have a chat and offer a piece of advice. Good location, close to the old harbour, but not too noisy. The room was comfortable, it had a coffee station, a small fridge and a small balcony, which was perfect for relaxing a few hours with a drink and a book. Will happily visit again.

Cons: I would have liked the shower head to be mounted on the wall, hand held was a task.

Pros: Highly recommend staying at Anemones Rooms in Chania, Crete! Nassios and his mother are truly the best hosts I’ve ever encountered — they made us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. The location is perfect, right in the heart of the old town and within easy walking distance to everything. The rooms are spotless, comfortable, and wonderfully cozy, with a homely charm that carries a sense of nostalgia and a touch of magic. We loved Chania so much that we decided to extend our stay last minute, and the team at Anemones went above and beyond to make it happen. The hospitality from Nassios and his mother was excellent — friendly, genuine, and effortless. We were honestly sad to leave, but I’m already looking forward to staying there again next time I’m in Chania.

Prime location in the Old Town with great host

Pros: Nasos was very welcoming and friendly. The accommodation was perfectly fine for our needs, up on second floor with sea glimpses out to the harbour. It's situated in a perfect location, right in the heart of the old city but down a small cul de sac so it was very quiet too. We highly recommend this place as great value for money with a wonderful host.

Cons: I tripped twice on the step into the bathroom but soon learnt to be more careful.

Pros: The room is very sweet in a perfect location and the owner and his son and mother are very kind and caring. The owner gave us good insider tips. I highly recommend.

Cons: Rooms are still small and no proper kitchen, but the place is located right in the middle of the old town with many shops and restaurants.

Pros: There are truly no words to describe how welcoming and kind our host, Nasos, was. From the moment we arrived, he made us feel at home and shared wonderful tips about the best beaches and things to do in the area. The location is absolutely perfect — right in the heart of Chania’s Old Town, yet peaceful and quiet at night. The place was spotlessly clean, had everything we needed, and looked just like the pictures. If I return to Chania, I will definitely try to book this place again!

Pros: Friendly and hospitable owner. Clean and spacious room. Very good location. Fridge and cute balcony is a big plus. I do recommend it.

It was a very pleasant experience

Pros: It was in a very nice location and very quiet. It was clean and comfortable. Nasos, the owner welcomed me with a glass of water and a traditional cake. I felt very good in this place as I travelled solo.
