Fun, relaxing, comfortable

Pros: The property was the perfect size for 2 people, spacious bathroom, a small sized kitchen which was perfect for our stay. We really enjoyed the upstairs bedroom leading to a lovely balcony overlooking Chania. Overall, NEM House was everything we needed in a great location of Chania. walking distance to most places! Big thank you to our lovely host Eleftheria who was very accomodating, very easy to communicate with and assisted when we locked ourselves out of the home! I would return back to NEM house and recommend to others as well!

Pros: Contemporary modern interior to a beautiful old building, great location for Chania and nearby and a nice local dip in the sea Wonderful welcoming hosts and friendly people

Pros: The house was very comfortable and in an excellent location only a few minutes walk from the harbour.

Cons: The only things that were missing were an ice cube tray, which would have been nice in the warm weather and there was no tea towel or oven gloves.

Pros: We loved EVERTHING about this place. This was our last stop after traveling for nearly a month. This cozy spot surpassed all other places we stayed in. We especially enjoyed the private patio upstairs where we had our breakfast with a small view of the sea. It was sparkling clean and new. Our host was very accommodating as he met us very late at night and even arranged our transportation from the airport. Don’t miss this fabulous opportunity!!!

Pros: Perfekte Lage in der Altstadt von Chania. Ruhige und angenehme Nachbarschaft. Herzliches Willkommen auch durch die sehr gastfreundliche Familie der Vermieter. Austattung und Größe für 2 Personen ideal. Parkmöglichkeiten für kleine und kompakte Autos sind in der unmittelbaren Nähe vorhanden - aber Achtung: Samstag ist Markt in der Minos Straße.
