ROYAL SUN HOTEL IS THE GREATEST

Pros: The stay was great. Friendly staff and great breakfast, dinner. The view at hotel is beautiful. The Hotel owner Emanuel Manolis is a great host. He made us feel very welcome and we appreciate that. Thank you Maria at Reception for your friendliness and sweet smile.

Pros: I have really loved that they provide transfer to the city center and back to the Hotel in every 30 min or hr. This was amazing as we had no car. I also loved the view form the canteen. The room was very clean, thw food was good. The gym was okey. All is all, very satisfied with the service. ****

Cons: I missed the wellness part, like a good sauna. And the matrace was vefy soft.

Very relaxing and beautiful stay!

Pros: The views are absolutely stunning, the breakfast was exceptional - so much great Cretan food, the pool - even though off season and cool - was absolutely wonderful. The bed was big and comfortable. Staff were very friendly and accommodating - they arranged a taxi to the airport for us no problem. We had dinner at the restaurant as well which was excellent quality - food and drink!

Cons: The shower was a bit small but it was still good. Nothing else to dislike really..

Loved it!

Pros: We had a fantastic stay! We were pleasantly surprised to be upgraded to one of the rooms with the best views — it was absolutely stunning. Everything was perfectly arranged ahead of time, so we were able to check in early without any issues, which was a big help since we were traveling with our 10-month-old baby. The staff really made our stay special — they’re young, well-trained, polite, and genuinely passionate about what they do. Their positive attitude was noticeable throughout our visit. Breakfast was amazing, with a wide variety of options to choose from, and the restaurant served delicious food at very reasonable prices. The hotel was reasonably clean and comfortable overall. We truly enjoyed our time here and would gladly come back. Highly recommended!

Cons: Room’s acoustics weren’t quite optimal, as we could occasionally hear noise from restaurant above possibly from movement of chairs or table but it did not disturb our baby.

Lovely stay at this hotel

Pros: Very nice view to Chania city from the hill, nice big pool for swimming. Shuttle goes every 30min to centre and back and its free, staff was friendly, also the hotel offers rental cars so it was easy and affordable to rent from there, good breakfast and tasty foods from the restaurant. Also cute cats living outside the hotel haha
