A wonderful and relaxing stay in a beautiful hotel with excellent staff and warm hospitality.

Pros: The hotel was elegant, peaceful, and very well maintained. The atmosphere combined traditional charm with modern comfort. The staff were truly exceptional — always kind, helpful, and professional. The breakfast was delicious and the overall service made me feel very welcome.

Cons: There was nothing to complain about. Everything met or even exceeded my expectations.

Immaculate, traditional hotel!

Pros: Amazing location and a stunning waterfront, 20-minute walk to old town . Blue Restaurant round the corner has one of the best meals we've had here - well worth the expensive price of the meals! The rooms are very spacious and love the traditional decor. A wedding in the front garden would be awesome here with guests all staying in this luxurious hotel. The gym is very spacious, too. Appreciate the bible in the room, the only hotel so far to provide this.

Cons: For elderly people who find it hard to shower in a bathtub, I recommend asking for a room with a shower only and no tub.

Pros: Beautiful hotel in a nice quarter of Chania. Absolutely fantastic and friendly staff, who helped us tremendously when our little daughter got sick and we couldn’t leave the hotel for a day. A big thank you to all of you!

Pros: Firstly thank you for everything. I should say hotel location, breakfast, room clining servis was perfect. The garden atmosphere , music was very calming. Car parl is free and easy to park . İt has a electricty sharj spot. Old town is walking distance and it has very good photo spot. 🙏🤍
