Cons: If the variety and freshness of the offered menus would be slightly better I could give a 10/10.

Pros: Delicious meals with great variety, even for vegans and gluten free diets. Very nice and welcoming staff. Calm and nice location, easily accessible by bus.

Pros: A wonderful hotel in a beautiful location. What makes this hotel especially charming is its small size — no overcrowding, and everyone has enough personal space to relax comfortably. I’ve seen some comments about the food being repetitive. I don’t agree. While breakfast is similar each day (as is common in most European hotels), the food is tasty and offers enough variety. Everything was fresh and well-prepared. As for cleanliness — the hotel is spotless. My room was cleaned daily, and I never saw any insects or cockroaches, as some reviews claimed. Overall, a peaceful, clean, and enjoyable place to stay. I would gladly return.

Cons: think it's worth considering music around the pool — after all, music helps create the right atmosphere. We had a gala dinner, and the food was rather specific. It left mixed feelings. I can't say it's a minus, but for me, it wasn't exactly a plus either.

Quiet spot in Crete to relax

Pros: It was only a 20min drive from Chania, quiet location. The hotel was full, but you don't feel it crowded. The food was great, and the gala dinner on Saturday was an amazing experience. Greg and Konstatinos from the restaurant were super friendly and made us feel welcomed. Sofia, the housekeeper, was always in a great mood, up for chats and letf our room spotlessly clean. In general the hotel has a very calm atmosphere, everything seems clean and maintained.

Cons: My husband e-mailed twice asking for champagne and chocolates to surprise me for our honey money and got no replay, he would have paid too. And we had 2 single beds. The shower area is open and leaves the floor around it wet.

Pros: Great service, good cocktails. Very luxurious vibe, we had very relaxing time here. My first all inclusive experience and it was everything I wished for!

Cons: (Morning breakfast) coffee wasn't that great (machine) but there was cafes nearby if you like.

Pros: The food was very good. The place was clean. The private beach was perfect. The staff had a perfect attitude. During our stay we had live music and it was perfect. We had sunbeds and towels every day for free. We had a beach bar with unlimited alcohol, soft drinks and ice cream. I would probably book again this place.

Cons: I would have preferred to have a map of the resort to tell me where is the bar, where is the restaurant. I didn't saw a gym or the SPA - If there were, I would love to see more advertise about them. Since it was the first time we went in Crete, I would have loved a tip to buy shoes for going in the sea - we couldn't go in the sea in the 1st day but then we bought the shoes and we could go into the sea. In the first day I also had a issue with the AC. I was so disappointed but then the staff did their best and fixed it by the end of the day.

Pros: The room and the terrace were cleaned every day. Every hotel area was clean. There were live music programs. There are many sunbeds, you could always find a place, although there were bookers who had the good places for the whole day.

Cons: After a while, the main course selection was monotonous, every day there was chicken/pork in some kind of sauce, the sauce was usually seasoned with cinnamon or mushrooms and somekind of seafood. Saturday was a themed evening, for which a table had to be reserved, it was not clear to me that this was the only option for dinner that day. I guess it's not an everyday occurrence, but I was \

The best holiday

Pros: Absolutely everything !! The staff was wonderful. Very friendly, the hospitality very prompt, you don't see any stress on their behavior, maybe because all the staff is local, foreigners they just do their job, nothing else. Unfortunately, this os happening with all foreigners in a foreign country
