Pros: Stuff was helpfully and attentive to requests. Breakfast was plenty full and had variety, nothing fancy though.

Pros: I liked everything - the cleanliness and comfort of the room, the quietness, the pool area with the possibility of buying drinks and snacks at the bar, very close to the sea and several tavernas on the seashore with excellent Greek cuisine

Cons: Our first room (number 6) had a distinct smell, and i believe they were aware of this as it was very strong. They did let us change rooms to one without any smell so they solved our problem, but I did not like that they tried putting us there. Felt like an attempt to get away with it, i would close this room or refurbish it if i was them.

I really recommend this place for staying alone or with family.

Pros: We fully recommend staying at this hotel. It’s located in a quiet, pleasant area by the sea. It has a large and very clean pool. The hotel staff is a big advantage. Our room was cleaned every day, and our towels were changed daily. A special highlight is Georginia, who is incredibly friendly and gives excellent recommendations for places to visit. The hotel it’s a perfect base for exploring Crete.

Pros: We had a very pleasant stay at this hotel in Crete. Its location is ideal, offering the perfect setting to relax and enjoy the surroundings. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming, and you feel at ease right away. The staff is incredibly helpful, friendly, and always available to meet any request. The rooms are spacious, well-furnished, and above all, extremely comfortable. Special mention for the beds, which are delightfully soft and guarantee restful nights. The pool side is awesome, too ! We also met nice and incredible people! ;-)

Cons: A small downside, however, is the water heating system. It's solar-powered, which is a great idea... except when the sun decides to hide behind the clouds throughout several days! Nothing like an ice-cold shower to kick off your day. But hey, who needs hot water on vacation, right?

Pros: The staff was very kind, helpful, and in every way corresponded to the legendary Greek hospitality. The accommodation was flawless, clean and provided a very calm peaceful environment for a great rest.

Pros: Absolutely fabulous and welcoming staff, always open and happy to help with whatever you would need. Great location (if you have a car), close to a nice beach and very quiet Comfortable beds Fridge in room is useful Great value and nice big rooms

Cons: Wifi was a bit slow (was not sufficient to be able to work remotely and videochat) Airconditioning turns off when not in room, and takes a while to cool down (only bedroom, rest remains hot)

Pros: Very helpful staff, good looking hotel with a pool, very clean and spacious rooms and a huge bed.

Cons: Missing some basic items such as a toothbrush container dish, hairdryer.
