Old school Cretan experience

Pros: We had a twin room on the third floor for a two day stay. The room was ensuite, with a balcony overlooking the street. The room was basic but perfectly adaquate and cleaned daily. The hotel is located well for touring western crete and the local beaches. The breakfast was optional but well worth the 10 euro. We ate in the restaurant both nights and were treated to the local Cretan cuisine. Definitely worth a stay.

Cons: If you have mobility issues, stay on the ground floor.

Pros: The owner MR.Nikos is excellent.If you ask one,he gives double.Invited for coffe,,for sweets,for stafili(grappes.) The hotel is very friendly,the birds are confortables.The cleaner lady is very nice,cleaning perfectly..Everything is close:shops,bus stop,beach.10/10.

Friendly hotel in a great location

Pros: A family-run hotel, the owner and staff are just the loveliest people. The location is great, not far from the beach, and super close to shops, cafes and restaurants. This was our second stay at Lefka, and we’ll be back next year for sure

Absolutely brilliant. Excellent food and felt very welcome.

Pros: Best breakfast I have ever had in 40 years of travelling. Most friendly manager, very helpful staff.

Cons: 40 steps up to my room was a struggle with a heavy suitcase.

Overall the hotel was nice the only problem was the Wi-Fi connection everything else was good.

Pros: Breakfast was not included, but a nice restaurant in the hotel facilities serves it for 10 euros (they also have dinner). The restaurant owner is very friendly and helps a lot with all the hotel bureaucracy (check-in/out etc) The hotel was clean and had a nice balcony.

Cons: The hotel's Wi-Fi was not good. It was not even possible for me to connect to it.

Crete hospitality and food at its best

Pros: A warm welcome, the wonderful hositality, a room with a view from the balcony, authentic Cretan dishes, excellent wines (I recommend the white and the rose), very helpful staff (taxi , luggage et al.), and finally a very kind good bye. Really appreciated their skills in English language.

Cons: Nothing.

Lovely location and building /gardens

Pros: Excellent location , perfect size family room with balcony , fridge in the room was very useful for snacks and cold drinks , room cleaned daily towels and bedding changed very often , location great for families , supermarket next door , bakery and food venues and beach all in 5-10 mins walk , bus stop to chania very near , restaurant downstairs with small children's play area ,

Cons: Nothing we have stayed a few times

Nice and cozy, good value for money.

Pros: The location was great. Our host was very nice and kind person. Over all very good budget place for stay. Small shops around and Beach is 5 min walk from the place. Value for money 10/10. The bed can be more comfortable as well as the washroom were small. But overall does the job very well. No complain. The host was nice and kind person and make life comfortable.

Pros: Nice hotel with a great host! A very delicious breakfast, as well as a fantastic dinner at the host's restaurant. The air conditioner is included in the price, which was a saving grace for a good night's sleep on hot nights! Near the sea, shops. We really liked it!

Pros: Hotel owner was an absolute legend. Really nice guy and he was there to assist me whenever I needed. The room was cleaned every day and AC was available at no extra charge. Also delicious breakfast at a reasonable price.
