Great place to stay with your family.

Pros: I was very pleased with my room and the layout of the hotel. Everything was inside a 1 minute walk.

Cons: Clean and beautiful flowers/ gardens

Great hotel with lovely staff

Pros: This hotel was fantastic and exceeded our expectations. The staff was very friendly, the food very tasty and different every day, great cocktails and drinks. Lovely beach with nice views, not very far from the Chania airport. We enjoyed the pool and especially the water slides very much. Had a lovely time overall, even at the end of the season when the weather was not perfect.

Cons: Initially, we had not received the room we paid for, which was a full sea view room. What we got was a side-view room at best, located in the side building. When I inquired at the reception, the lady claimed that it was a sea view room (see the photo) and exactly what we paid for. This upset me a lot, and only after I talked to the manager did they change our room to one in the main building the next day, which was finally what we paid for in the first place, with a lovely view. However, this took two days of our stay and annoyed me enormously. Even though this was clearly the hotel's mistake, there was no acknowledgment or even an apology from the hotel for their wrongdoing. After reading some of the reviews, I was left feeling this might have happened quite intentionally. Not what you expect when booking a 5-star hotel. The coffee was quite terrible and cheap as was the ice cream.

Perfect for families with small kids.

Pros: The hotel is well equipped with pools, slides, mini golf course, etc., so your young ones will have a great time. It is right on the coast, so you can decide where to swim. Our room was nice, with beautiful view to the sea.

Cons: The cleaning could be improved. It was not bad, but it definitely was not spotless. The food is various, but the quality is mediocre. After 2-3 days you just want to have something nice.

We loved it!

Pros: Since the moment we arrived to the hotel, it all went very well: we got upgrade to begin with, and then everything else met or even exceeded our expectations. The territory is big enough to don't feel how full was the hotel at times. It has a lot of amusement for kids and adults, waterpark is great, pool is huge, sea is pleasant. We enjoyed the food, staff, ambience and the crowd. Nothing really to complaint from the point of the people who travelled as a family of 4 for the first time to an all-inclusive type of hotel. The wine we got as a compliment to the room was amazing!

Cons: House wines could be better. Evening disco for kids could've have some games or/and additional show (bubbles, balloons). Some of the restaurant's staff weren't that friendly and looked overtired.

Good to stay

Pros: Very good location in front of the beach. Really relaxing place.

Cons: The food in the buffet sometimes was not too hot. The waiters start to close down the tables and the drinks dispensers in the terrace one hour before the dinner due to finish. In the other hand, all the staff from reception, cleaning, kitchen, pool & activities… are really nice.

Pros: Excellent Hotel & Staff! - if I may add though, you should upgrade your coffee (add freddo espresso), and your cocktails!

Everything was perfect! Very friendly staff, kids club is amazing and food is really tasting covering everyone.

Pros: Extremely friendly staff and polite people. They love kids and they really care about making you feel good during your stay.

Ideal location from Chania town, 25 mins drive. The hotel is the best, very clean very friendly and food is amazing.

Pros: The staff were amazing friendly, very clean hotel and the food was the best. They did amazing Greek and Asian nights. The was entertainment every night. Me and my daughter were doing the water rides everyday and felt like I was a kid again. It was relaxing and amazing. We also tried the spa facilities and my wife and daughter loved it. The town is down the road using the motorway, easy access to Chania for and day or night visit. We visited Chania everyday, also good distance to Elafonisi.

Cons: Nothing to say

Truly wonderful stay

Pros: The food was delicious, the pool was wonderful, and the beach was fantastic.

Cons: The only area that could be improved is the bathroom in the room — the shower area could be cleaner, and there was a noticeable smell.
