Pros: Really clean, awesome staff , kind people and understanding to customer needs

Pros: I had a great stay at Carisa Maleme. The Hotel is truly one of the best hotels in its price range. From the moment you arrive, you feel welcome – the reception staff is extremely attentive and always ready to help, showing real professionalism. The hotel provides everything you might need for a comfortable and enjoyable visit. The location and facilities are excellent. There are plenty of picturesque spots around the hotel. The beach is close. The sea was warm and clean. It's also less than 5 minute walk to a few restaurants, very convenient. Great value for money—can’t wait to come back!

A friendly stay in a cozy place!

Pros: This hotel is a nice middle class hotel featuring several small pools, a bar and a small restaurant. We liked the family like atmosphere and the quiet. It is within walking distance to the centre of the village as well as to the beach and restaurants over there. Breakfast offered bread and some nice cake and pastries as well as juice and scrambled eggs etc. - drip coffee was offered for free; coffee specialities like espresso or capuccino could be ordered from the bar - against a fee. Plenty of free parking around the premises. PS: We never use free Wifi networks - therefore we cannot judge this. We also did not make use of the pool(s).

Cons: Our room was a bit small as it we couldn’t open 2 suitcases at the same time unless putting one on the bed. For our purpose, all was in order and worked well.

Pros: Everything was great, the pools, it was clean, the staff was great, the drinks and food were delicious

Cons: At the beginning we didn’t have hot water, but the issue was solved

A really nice place in Maleme, with FANTASTIC staff

Pros: Great little place in Maleme - hotel really nice, well spaced out with 3 pools. The staff were excellent and exceptionally helpful - nothing was too much trouble. A nice touch was the staff were a family and gave it a really nice atmosphere. Food really nice and not expensive - good bar too.

Cons: The bed was a tad hard for my wife, but it was ok for me. The room didn't have a kettle but did have a coffee machine.

Good option in Maleme!

Pros: Good location. Nice pools and poolbar. Good working AC.

Pros: We had a wonderful stay at Carisa Suites and Apartments. The lady and her sons were extremely kind and helpful throughout our visit, making us feel very welcome. There was also a lovely little cat around the property, which we truly enjoyed spending time with. The lady went out of her way to make our stay even better — she offered us coffee and an umbrella free of charge and gave us very useful instructions for our trip. Their hospitality and warm attitude made a big difference in our experience. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a friendly and comfortable place to stay! Best regards From Almir and Xhuljan

A peaceful and nice residence near Platanias

Pros: Carisa Suites and Apartments is few minutes far from Platanias, more or less 40 min to Chania airport. The area around the residence is very peaceful. The rooms are clean, well equipped with A.C., TVs, fridge-freezer, with comfortable beds, towels and sheets are changed each three days. There is a bar/restaurant on site near the swimming pool area. There are totally four swimming pools well maintained and equipped with enough sunbeds and umbrellas, there is also a little gym and a play room. You can park your auto around the hotel, there are lots of slots available. The Hotel is near a free beach (with stones) that can be reached by walking (~200 m). I would like to suggest to taste the bar and restaurant Greek specialties, especially the Gyros, the Greek salads and of course....Konstantinos' cocktails :-).
