Pros: From the moment I arrived the Staff was fantastic and the room was excellent with the private steam room and pool view was excellent the bed was so comfortable.

Delightful stay

Pros: The staff were all very helpful and friendly, the room and facilities were excellent, anything we asked for at any time of day was responded to and met within minutes, absolutely cannot fault it.

Cons: Breakfast was lovely and delicious but it would have been good to have been given options to choose from as we felt we were given too much food that then went to waste as we didn't always want all of what we were given.

Pros: The room was very modern and extremely clean. Breakfast was delivered to our room promptly at the requested time. It was a great breakfast that set us up for the day! All staff were friendly and attentive.

Awesome and very comfy nights stay, highly recommend it.

Pros: Hands down the nicest hotel room I’ve found in Crete. Everything was extremely modern and clean, and the staff were very friendly. Abdel was so helpful from start to finish and a really warm dude. The steam room/shower combo in the room was incredible and it’s my new goal in life to get one for my house. The pool is awesome, all the staff were great, highly recommend. Great location just a short walk from beaches and Chania old town.
