Stunning new property. Perfect

Pros: Absolutely incredible. Brand new, gorgeous interior and exterior. Air conditioning is very good. 15 mins drive from Efalonis beach and literally across the road from Voulolimni pool. There's a few traditional taverns and a mini market within 5 mins walk. Gregory is quick to respond, friendly and a perfect host. Bonus if you're a cat lover like us, there are a family of adorable kittens that are very curious and will wander up asking for food.

Cons: Nothing. Perfect 👌

Pros: Studio was spacious, there was outdoor sitting area, and drying racks. Big plus was a kettle. Two complimentary bottles of water were nice gesture. Good communication. Nice facilities overall.

Cons: The only downside was being able to hear other people through the wall. A thicker duvet or blanket could also be available this time of year.

Calm and peaceful.

Pros: We stayed for 3 nights at Xasteria and we enjoyed a lot. We wanted to explore Elafonissi and Kedrodasos and the location is really perfect. Also, we were looking for daily disconnection and this is the perfect place. Super calm, beautiful and cosy. On the top of that, there were some cats coming to our room which we loved.

Cons: As the region is very calm there's less options for supermarkets and restaurants. But still it wasn't a problem for us.

Absolutely perfect base for Elafonissi beach

Pros: Amazing location as close as you can get to Elafonissi beach. Really easy to get up early and beat the crowds. Nice restaurants within walking distance.

Pros: Nice and clean studio, very welcoming and conveniently close to a few good restaurants ans Elafonissi beach. There is also an outdoor space and a generous garden to relax in after a day of exploring.
