Perfect hospitality

Pros: Amazing hospitality! Family run business at its' best. Great room, breakfast and tranquility.

Pros: Everything was fantastic! We will for sure return! Maria and her colleagues were lovely and extremely accommodating, rooms are great, wonderful view, super clean, great beds, fantastic breakfast! The restaurant is having super delicious food and very generous portions. We had a wonderful stay, we just wished we stayed longer ❤️

Pros: Everything! Without a doubt the most wonderful welcoming hotel we stayed in during our trip around Crete. We left feeling we had made good friends with the owners - what great history and family! This is a must-stay hotel for Crete - Maria is exceptional at her Front-of-House role!

Pros: What a great find the location was perfect. The staff amazing, and our hosts were so helpful giving us lots of ideas and tips about the area.

Exceptional hospitality.

Pros: The location overlooking the ocean with the restaurant across the street with a sunset view, makes Glykeria a lovely location. Maria & the others are so friendly & welcoming, their hospitality is exceptional. The room was spacious, modern, clean & comfortable with very nice pool facilities & easy parking. We had dinner & breakfast at their restaurant. The food was delicious & they do a very good deal for guests for breakfast. As Elafonisi Beach was impacted by gale force winds, Maria & Nickos offered alternative suggestions. We will be recommending Glykeria to our friends visiting Crete.

Cons: Nothing. The stay here was exceptional.

Lovely Glykeria

Pros: Perfect location, quiet and lovely, from which beautiful beaches can be easily reached. Maria and Nikos are wonderful hosts, the hotel very nice and very comfortable, facing amazing sunsets. A good restaurant is always available for breakfast/lunch/dinner. The whole staff has been welcoming and kind.

Pros: Excellent family hotel in a stunning location. Maria and Nikos are the perfect hosts, exceptionally friendly and welcoming. Nothing is too much trouble and they gave us some excellent tips about the surrounding area. This is a great place to stay!

Would highly recommend for a relaxing stay in the Elafonnisi area

Pros: Maria was so welcoming and it was so nice for her to spend time sharing local knowledge - she provided some great tips for the local beaches, as well as towels and umbrellas, and tips for our return journey to the airport (which was spot on and so helpful!) It was great to be able to use Whatsapp for anything needed (her and Nikos were always on hand and quick to reply/help). Bed was comfy, room was clean with fridge, kettle and coffee pod machine. The restaurant and food was lovely, pool was great, views of the sea were lovely. We really loved our stay and would definitely recommend it for anyone wanting to stay in a quiet, relaxed area that is close to some great beaches. Very much a family-ran/feel hotel, we were made to feel very welcome and were very well looked after!

A charming and well-kept family-style hotel with a beautiful sea view.

Pros: From the moment we arrived, we felt right at home. Nikos and Maria, the owners, were always available and incredibly helpful. Whether it was a small request or great tips for exploring the area, they made sure we had a fantastic experience in this beautiful place. We also highly recommend the restaurant just across the street – the food was delicious, and the view of the sea made every meal special. Whenever we return to Elafonisi, we already know where we’ll be staying again.
