Lovely and professional staff. Hotel is clean and in good condition. Will definetly visit again, if in the area.
Pros: Staff is the super power of this apartment hotel. They made my family feel so welcome and did everything and more, so we could enjoy our holiday. Thank you for the awesome breakfasts and nice chats. Special thanks to the lovely lady in the kitchen. The hotel is clean and run with care. Rooms are comfy and fresh. Nice little pool area and a small spa (book in advance). Location is good and there’s free parking on the street. Nice little shop on the other side of the road and you can basically get anything you need and more from that shop. Very nice beach close by. And if you don’t have a rental car, there’s a bus stop next to the hotel. And the beds are one of the best beds I’ve ever slept on while on holiday, and away from home.
Cons: Nothing comes to mind.

Excellent service and accomodation. Greek hospitality at its best!
Pros: Very nice accomodation with awesome staff. As everybody already mentioned in the previous reviews, the owner is a kind and joyful person and she helped us a lot during our stay. We did not have any plans set up before arriving and she helped us with suggestions and guidance on how to reach certain places around Chania. The breakfast was delicious, loved it!
Cons: Nothing to object, it was everything that we needed and more.

Great stay in a lovely hotel close to amazing beaches
Pros: Waterlily is a nice small-scale hotel, with everything you need for a short or long-stay. Kitchen is well equipped, bed is super comfy, bathroom spacious and new. Angela takes great care of her guests, from arrival until departure. She gaves us nice tips on great beaches/places to visit, arranged hairdresser for us, and even treated us with a delicious pie. Thanks for everything!

Pros: We had a wonderful stay at Waterlily Hotel Apartments in Kalathas, Chania. The apartment was very spacious, with a lovely balcony offering a great sea view. The location is perfect, just a short walk from the beach. Breakfast was amazing – freshly cooked every morning and truly delicious. Angela, the hostess, was exceptionally kind and helpful, making the whole experience warm and welcoming. Highly recommended!

Hassle free stay

Pros: The service was amazing 😍, the place is close to beautiful Kalathas beach and you can reach many other interesting points in 1h or less by car
Cons: It's not a negative point, it's more like a recommendation. If you provide one bottle of water in the rooms it can help the visitors who arrives late night

Our stay at Waterlily Hotel Apartments was overall very pleasant and relaxing.
Pros: We had a wonderful stay at Waterlily Hotel Apartments! The owner is incredibly kind and very helpful. She assisted us with all our questions and made us feel truly welcome. The apartments are clean and very comfortable, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The peaceful location and the well-maintained property added to the overall great experience. We highly recommend Waterlily Hotel Apartments and would love to come back!
Cons: However, there are a couple of things to be aware of. The beach is about a 10-minute walk away, but you have to walk on the road as there is no sidewalk, which can be a bit uncomfortable. Additionally, there are limited dining options nearby—just two restaurants close to the beach. There's a market across the street, but the prices there are higher than average.
