Castell Hotel

Pros: We had a nice, big room, with sea view. They gave us very good advice on where to eat and where to go. Parking just in front of the hotel.

Great central location that is exceptionally priced. It’s great accomodation made even better by the attention to detail

Pros: Can’t believe this place is only 2 stars!! Modern, clean and great staff. Perfect location in the town square and surrounded by food and services. The little things that the owners are doing it what made it even better for me, beach towels, body washers, a hook for the shower heads so you can have a proper shower, the list goes on. Don’t hesitate to stay here.

Loved our stay here

Pros: Nikki & Katerina very polite & friendly even helped with our cases. Room was comfortable & clean, bed was very comfortable. Water pressure was very good with plenty of hot water for the shower. Liked & appreciated the tea & coffee facilities & fresh fruit in our room. Enjoyed sitting on the veranda overlooking the square.

Pros: Amazing people and service. Lots of little added extras that makes the stay feel like home. Would 100% come back if I was ever here again. Would recommend to anyone!

Great place! Wonderful staff!

Pros: First thing we absolutely loved: the staff! Wonderful people, welcoming, they gave us great recommendations for the food and places to visit (let them give you advices!). The hotel is in the center square of Kissamos. There are a lot of parkings nearby. The room is comfortable and has all the services you need, also for cooking. If you need anything else, there is a common area where you can take soap, water, towels and umbrellas for the beach, etc. They also put something to eat for breakfast every morning (fresh fruits, pie, biscuits and hot coffee), for free! Cleaning and towels change everyday. In addition you can benefit from free laundry service.

Cons: If we really want to find something negative. The shower door had some problem closing and water spilled out.

Pros: Warmly recommended : The team was incredibly nice, they were always smiling, giving us great advice, offered free coffee and cakes in the morning, beach towels and umbrella, free laundry service, fresh water. They made our stay in Kissamos magic. The room was perfect, and the situation of the hotel perfect too

Pros: Very clean, comfortable bed. On the square opposite the archeological museum, and within walking distance of the sea.

Nice hotel in the center of Kissamos

Pros: The hotel is situated in the center of Kissamos where the activity is really nice at night. Rooms are functional and very clean. No breakfast is provided but you can have coffee and drinks any time in the lobby as well as fruits and other snacks. Also very good coffees on the seaside 5 minutes walk from the hotel propose breakfasts. The staff is really nice and helping. There is no lift to reach the rooms on the 1st floor but they carry luggages for you. They are also very helpful in providing information regarding visits and activities. I fully recommend this hotel in Kissamos

You will stay forever in my heart

Pros: Katarina and Nikki are very warm and friendly poeple, I felt welcome at the first second, and given enough water, ice cubes, umbrella etc. Not to forgot the dog and the cat ! Fabulous stay : balcony, fridge, water, what else ?
