Pros: Amazing facilities, location and outdoor area with swimming pool. Very good breakfast options too, and the staff were very professional and helpful.

Cons: Our room was separated by only a door from the adjacent room - everything could be heard and it felt like there was no privacy at all.

Beautiful location, kindest staff!

Pros: My husband and I spent a week at Panorama. The staff went above and beyond, helping us with taxis, advice, and making lovely coffee! Shout out to Dora for helping us organise the transport on my birthday ❤️

Cons: Only rec: ask for a room that’s not behind the reception, otherwise it can be quite noisy

Relaxed and enjoyable stay.

Pros: A wonderful stay in a beautiful location The hotel is in a fantastic spot with breathtaking views. It’s just a short walk from Sfakia port, where you’ll find a variety of charming restaurants. Breakfast was thoughtfully prepared and absolutely delicious. The pool area is perfectly situated—ideal for unwinding and soaking up the scenery. Rooms were spacious, recently renovated, and tastefully decorated. Overall, a truly pleasant and relaxing experience. Highly recommended!

Cons: Room for improvement, but great potential The property has a lot of potential and is set in a promising location. However, there are several areas that could benefit from attention. Cleanliness including the pool could be improved. While the staff were polite, interactions sometimes felt a bit impersonal. We reported an issue with the bath water not draining properly, but unfortunately it was not resolved during our stay. Additionally, the air conditioning was underperforming despite attempts to fix it. With some maintenance and more attentive service, this place could truly shine

High quality small modern hotel

Pros: Lovely to find a small but modern hotel where the staff are really friendly and do care about you. We had a nice big room on 2nd floor, terrace and pool / harbour view. Very comfy beds and modern bathroom. Especially thank you to Chrissa and Dora on the reception, and to Eva for a fantastic breakfast with so many homemade items. The pictures on the website a true reflection of what you get. Spotlessly clean. Great base for exploring local walks and boat trips.

Luxury at Sfakia is possible.

Pros: Killer views, the pool area is stunning, comfy bed, newly renovated rooms, delicious handmade breakfast.

Pros: Great breakfast with good variety of home baked tarts (salty and sweet). Good selection of restaurants in proximity of hotel

Great Boutique Hotel

Pros: Very nice small hotel with charming pool area. Staff is very friendly, one request we had was fixed immediately. Superbe small breakfast buffet with a lot of home made things prepared with special care ( orange jam, truffles, pies etc.)

Cons: Everything was ok

Pros: very modern rooms, unique view, nice staff, good breakfast, parking space directly in front of the hotel

Cons: think blankets for end of october, but it is common in most of the hotels
