Little Paradise

Pros: I cannot praise the host Dimitri enough. Very helpful, always ready to help, answers to any questions we had he answered very promptly. Also sent us various links for places to visit. We went to his bar where we had free drinks and food as well in multiple times. Dimitri made us feel at home, we arrived quite late, and we had a fridge full of drinks and food that accommodate people with dietary needs. All the details were taughtful. We kept in contact with the host at all times. I fell in love with the place and we definitely return to this place and I totally recommend this Villa. The host is far far what we have ever had, a wonderful host who cares about his clients.

Cons: Nothing all was fabulous.

Great stay

Pros: Our stay at Splendid Villas was perfect, Dimitris was a great host and went above and beyond to ensure we had a great time, even after our flight cancelled and losing the first day of holidays he made sure we had everything we needed on our arrival and even offered an additional night to compensate for the first night we lost, Dimitris definitely made sure we felt at home. The villas are very spacious, clean and have everything you need for a few days. The swimming pool and the hot tube were great, a car is required to move around and to explore the area, Georgioupolis is just a 5 min drive away from the villa and is a lovely spot for a walk, dinner and some drinks. We would love to come back some day.

Great location- highly recomended

Pros: Highly recomended for families. You need a car if you want to stay there. Very close to Georgiopoli, about 5 Km. The place was like new, very clean equipped with all you need. Dimitris was so kind and fill the fridge with a lot of things. We stayed in the small apartament and used the Jacuzzi that was great. I will recommend to all the people visiting that area.

Cons: Wifi can be improved.

Pros: Great villa for a family vacation. We found everything we needed, it was also clean, quality bedding and towels. The host Dimitris was very attentive and responded quickly if we needed anything. He left us some food for breakfast and drinks in the fridge. I recommend this place for your stay, as well as Dimitris' bar \

What a Super Villa

Pros: This is an amazing Villa, loads of room for the family, the place was very clean. Everything you need is provided, the swimming pool is lovely. Dimitris as a host is amazing and makes you feel special at the Villa and at his bar. Upon arrival, we were welcomed and shown around. The fridge was full of essentials, including beer and prosecco! Dimitris shared information on destinations and restaurants to visit. He was also there to help when we had a flat tyre, with a local contractor there within 10 minutes to fix the problem. We will be going back! Thank you Dimitris for your excellent hospitality.

A splendid stay!

Pros: I stayed at the smallest apartment. The apartment was very well equipped and very nice, as were the owners. The fridge was filled with food and drink when I arrived, and I even got a present (homemade soap) from the owner. I needed a quiet space to work, and the apartment was perfect, especially as there was no-one in the other apartments at the time. It still felt very safe. I walked to a couple of tavernas (20-30 min), but I also had a car. This is a superb area if you enjoy walking, small villages, splendid views - and the beaches are not far away as long as you have a car.

Pros: A wonderful modern property, located in a quiet area but only 10 minutes away from Georgioupoli resort village - a lovely place to visit for beautiful beaches, good restaurants and a bit of shopping. We had all amenities we could possibly need and everything was in perfect condition. AC in every room as well as TVs and black out shutters to ensure a perfect night sleep. The pool although on the smaller side is just right for a small family, especially with little ones and was cleaned every morning. A cleaner was also sent to the property halfway through our stay and freshened up the villa which was much appreciated.

Wonderful time, great place and hosts

Pros: We had an amazing time, the house, pool and everything was prefect. It looked as on the pictures presented. Dimitri and his wife were wonderful hosts, very helpful. Every afternoon we enjoyed nice drinks and food (especially apply pie :)) at their bar/restaurant. The house and surroundings were very clean. I can definatelly recommend this place.

We had a fantastic week, full of sun and nice visits.

Pros: The apartment exceeded our expectations. It was very cozy and clean, and the terrace with swimming pool offered a beautiful view. The location is excellent to visit many of the wonderful places on the island (the beaches of Balos, Elafonissi, Preveli, Seitan Limani; Cities like Chania and Rethimnon; but also the nearby village of Georgioupoli and lake Kourna...). The contact with Dimitris was superb. He is a very nice person, very responsive and always helpful!
